Love it!

The accommodations were beautiful! My son loved playing the board games and the video games.

Was not able to stay here due to the owner not sharing access info within 24-48 hours prior to check in, as promised. After trying to contact owner and no response, reached out to VRBO who also could not reach them. Finally got a response hours later from owner with code but by then I had already booked elsewhere since I was heading there from out of state and could not take a chance on not having a place to stay.This REALLY jacked up our plans.

This place provided it all. There is plenty of space. Comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked. And the location is great.The conversations I had with the host were professional and prompt. No complaints from this traveler.

This was our second at this property. We love it. Very clean, quiet. Property owners attentive to issues and respond quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great value for the money. Easily room for 6, clean and spacious. Minor issues: upstairs shower/bath was waiting for leak repairs and not able to be used. Property manager informed of this prior to our arrival. Also, did not have enough toilet paper or trash bags for the duration of our trip. None of these were issues for us nor did it change our overall opinion of the stay. Would stay here again.

Great place.

The space and layout of the home was good, and we enjoyed the Pac-Man arcade game. It needs a good clean, as there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fans and elsewhere. There was grime in the kitchen too - like the microwave. Overall just not very clean. It also felt like we were missing some of the usual amenities like coffee, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. we had very limited amounts of these items.

Awesome place to stay right next to cloudcroft. Very clean and well taken care of.

An all around good place to stay when visiting Cloudcroft. My reservation with this listing felt like home and it was nice to have the freedom to come and go. A bonus with this listing is that you can find multiple paths to walk to Burro street in downtown Cloudcroft all the while enjoying the scenery, wildlife and friendly folks of Cloudcroft.

Great property, had a good time.

The townhouse was super clean. I appreciated that it was an end unit. It gave us a little more privacy. The parking space out front was a little short for our full-size Escalade ESV, but we made it work. The floorplan was great for those traveling with kids. A queen bedroom upstairs, and a loft with 2 twins. Downstairs had another queen bedroom. Both upstairs and down had a full bathroom. Although smaller, there ws plenty of room for our family of 5. The couch was built for two and pretty worn out, that would be just about the only thing I would recommend they change or upgrade to fit the amount of people that can comfortably sleep here in beds. Seemed odd to have sleeping space for 6 and only a couch for 2 plus a recliner.

The communication with the managers was great. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay

Home was clean. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery. It was close to a very interesting nine hole golf course. I had a great time playing this mountain course. The host communicated everything very well. I recommend this location as it was comfortable, with easy access and close to town. Ample wildlife all around

Very comfortable, spacious. The beds were very comfortable all in all it was perfect. My favorite was the outside deck with tables and chairs. Will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay while golfing. The Lodge Pro Shop just a short block away. Nice cool temos for the month if July.

Very convenient location to village. A good place to stay for a quick visit to Cloudcroft.

We have been having our Venable Family Reunion in Cloudcroft for over 30 years but this is the first time I have stayed in Spur Landing. It was PERFECT!!! I will be staying there again in the many years to come!

This is the second time we've stayed here. The location is great and the unit is very comfortable and quiet. The owners are very responsive as well. It's so nice to find a place that is reliable!

Very, very nice end unit in townhome complex. Very quiet. Close to Cloudcroft and biking trails. Host very accommodating. Enjoyed our visit!!

My husband, my mom, and my 4 year old son and I stayed here and really liked the space. Very comfortable, had everything we needed for a couple days.

Great location that is really quiet but also convenient to downtown. Was a perfect place for exploring Cloudcroft, Sunspot, and drive down to Tularosa. Space was even bigger than expected and enjoyed large kitchen space, patio, and easy access to grassy area for our pet. Looking forward to a future stay!

A good place to stay while we went on day trips.

Vacationed here during Christmas while visiting our son at Holloman AFB. Location was perfect! Away from town, but close enough to get out and grab necessities. Owner was very communicative, before and after our stay. Our only issues were, with no dishwasher, there weren’t any dishcloths or sponges for dishes. Also, cleaning crew did not leave enough towels for the amount of ppl and number of days we stayed. Overall, I’d definitely return!

This is a wonderful condo that suited our group of 5 adults and 1 dog just beautifully! There wasn’t much snow this year but we had a great mountain trip anyway.

Enjoyed the unit and the weekend holiday with town tree lighting, etc. User friendly check in, clean, likely to visit again.

Comfy beds and a great location. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area. The condo has good seperation of bedrooms because one is downstairs and one is upstairs with a full bath on each floor.

Host was easy to communicate with and property was great for a quick getaway

We love staying at Spur Landing (stayed 3 months several years ago). We like the location, and the configuration of the units. This “pet friendly” unit worked out so well for us and our cat. We made sure she would adapt as if she were home.

Pros: I was very impressed with how clean this rental is! The beds were very comfortable and the location was great! We appreciated all the board games available. Cons: not enough comfortable to accommodate the people that can fit in the unit. Only 3 comfortable spots but we had 6 people. We managed with the extra dining chairs but would have been nice for more options to relax with. Also, no tissues, paper towels, or backup toilet paper. They provided shower soaps but not much in paper products. Overall would definitely stay here again but keeping in mind these things.

Loved the entire stay, beautiful, cozy mountain cottage! Will stay here again.

Property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very close to town. Quiet neighborhood, at least during the week when we were there. Had to cut our trip short, unfortunately, due to our senior dog with a health problem not doing too well, possibly due to the altitude. Communication was great with owners, and overall I would stay here again.

6 older adults stayed for two nights with 2 dogs. Absolutely loved the place for two nights. Walked everywhere though breathed heavily at times but just delightful overall.
