The townhouse was well appointed and in a lovely setting. It was perfect for our family.

This property had absolutely everything you could ever need. Example, I forgot my phone charger and they had many in the house so I didn't have to go buy one. They provided coffee and water. I was all set! It was quiet, clean and perfect. FANTASTIC host. Definitely recommend.

Great property! We stayed for 2 nights to move our daughter in to college. It worked out perfectly. Very relaxing and comfortable after long days of walking all over campus.

Ryan was a great host and I was very impressed with how quickly he responded back to any questions I had. The house is immaculate and beautifully appointed! The pictures don’t do justice. The hone was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Okay, we'll keep this review simple. The plusses: check in and check out was simple. Enough space for 5 adults comfortably. At first glance, everything looked clean and in order. Necessary kitchen supplies were available from pans to measuring cups to a can opener.The minuses: Details matter. We attempted to use the washing machine and poured the provided detergent. It was clumpy and moldy. This led to our pulling out the soap tray and we saw black mold everywhere. We ran a clean cycle but it didn't make a difference. In the kitchen, I spilled some water and needed to pick up the floor mat to dry up. Beneath the mat was lots of pet hair. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was dirty underneath. The ironing board cover was very dirty and the rugs in the bedroom were old and worn. I like this place overall, but details matter.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Traveling 9 hours with a small dog and needed home away from home comfort. The layout and decor were nice. We made Easter dinner and my husband was able to work from home. The beds were comfortable.We will most likely try to stay here again

Excellent communication with the owner, the home was very clean and they thought of every amenity to make this a true “home away fromhome”. This townhome is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My husband enjoyed running the neighborhood in the mornings. The location is great. We were visiting our kids at LU. The drive back and forth was about 15-20 min, with plenty of restaurants and stores along the way. We would love to stay here again in the future if possible.

Property was clean, neat, and roomy. Had exactly what we were looking for. We visited family and their condo was less than half a mile away. Had to cut trip short due to weather but would return to this property. Ryan was very responsive.

My family of 4 plus one friend were staying at this property while attending CFAW at Liberty University. It was the perfect place for our stay, with plenty of room for the five of us and with lots of little details thoughtfully provided which were helpful such as wireless phone charging stations, snacks, coffee pods, bottled waters, nice bath towels and plenty of hooks to hang them on, motion nightlights, etc. Too many to list them all! Beds were also comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. The townhouse is beautiful and everything is supper comfortable from the beds to the couches. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely come again! Thank you for your hospitality and all the thoughtful touches and treats that you left for us.

Property seemed much bigger and nicer than even the pictures showed. Great experience with the entire booking, the hosts even left small little goodies in the kitchen for us. Great overall experience The only even remotely negative aspect is the 2 parking spot’s numbers are so faded it was hard to know which spots were ours, but this seems like a complex issue and not a hosted issue

Wonderful townhouse in Lynchburg area which was exceptionally clean and well stocked! Conveniently located and quiet neighborhood. Host Ryan was excellent!

The townhome was a great place to stay for a long weekend. It was convenient to go to Poplar Forest, Smith Mtn Lake & The Peaks of Otter. Groceries & gas stations were nearby too.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The owner was very responsive with any questions. The location was very clean and quiet.

We were needing a place to shuttle hikers to and from the Appalachian Trail. Our son and his hiking buddy are doing a through hike and we wanted a place to give them a break and rest up from the heat. This house is close to town and the Kroger grocery which we visited a few times. The hikers have special dietary needs and we were able to fix their meals easily in the well equipped kitchen. This is a beautiful home near the end of the row of town homes and is quiet. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again if we ever in the area.

Clean, fresh, spacey, comfortable, perfect place for a visit to the Forest/Lynchburg area. I'd absolutely stay here again. You hope to find places like this when you look through VRBO! Bathrooms were especially nice.
