Only critique was kitchen counter had crumbs as though someone had eaten recently and not cleaned up. Some of cushions on couch facing tv had an odor. Otherwise bed comfortable, rooms and cottage spacious and view lovely.

Hiking and exploring during the day, wonderful restaurants a few minutes away (I recommend Boojum's and Bogarts), and then heading to the porch to listen to the water rushing down the creek is the perfect, peaceful, relaxing end to your day.The cabin is perfect and feels secluded even though it only takes 5-10 minutes to get to town. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you would need should you want to cook. I am already booked to see the leaves in October and can't wait to use the fireplace! Don't hesitate to stay here!

A call was placed to the owners and they didn't return phone call. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

The best part was coming back to Water Rock Escape, propping our feet up on the spacious porch and listening to the sounds of the water and taking in the gorgeous view. We will be back!
