Stayed Dec 11, 2025Enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to all downtown Gatlinburg attractions. House is spacious and roomy. Like other comments, a fire pit and walkway to the hot tub would be great. House had all amenities as listed but needed better cleaning. Visible trash found on arrival and under beds etc. overall house was great and would stay again. And Black Bear Ben was a regular.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025The location was fabulous! The house was very clean. We enjoyed the fall decorations! We traveled with a party of 3 so the 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom was not an issue but with a larger group it may be a bit more challenging since the full bathroom is quite small. Getting to the hot tub is a little awkward. We would have liked a stepping stone path in the backyard to avoid walking in the front of the house in our bathing suits. With that being said, the hot tub was clean and wonderful. We did enjoy the neighborhood bear sightings in river behind the house as well as a visit while enjoying the hot tub!! This unit was dog friendly, and she loved the large yard. Thanks for sharing this property!! We will be back!!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025While we really enjoyed the location and the house…. And the bears I think the only thing that I would like to see improvement on are plug ins. I plugged my hair dryer in by the night stand and blew the breaker on the box. Then I resorted to unplugging the freezer in the wash room to dry my hair and curl. “ yes I made sure I plugged it back in “The accommodations are great. Oh…. Yeah the two rockers in the living room will about rock you back to the floor. It’s like they are broke, you can’t sit up in them to watch tv.This is not meant to be a complaining comment, just want to let you know what needs we saw. You do have a very nice place for guests to stay. Several people walked by and asked us about it. We told all good things
