Stayed Apr 3, 2026Amazing property. Only giving 4 stars in some areas because we had a few toilet, and water heater issues. The only downside is the master bedroom has NO door. So when anyone wakes up (KIDS) you are immediately woken up. Pros: everything under the sun stocked in the house! Plenty of room for 8 people. Location is amazing. Property owner is amazing. Pool is amazing. View is insane . Kids loved every part of it. Will absolutely rent this again. We had SO much fun. The best hosts and and true home away from home.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026We had a fantastic stay at this property in San Clemente. The home was exactly what our family needed—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool was a huge highlight for us, and the views from the property really made the experience special.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Inside, everything felt clean and thoughtfully set up, and we immediately felt at home. A particularly nice touch was the variety of games and toys available for kids—our family really appreciated this, and it kept them entertained throughout the stay.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from booking through checkout.Overall, this was a great experience for our family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025Let’s start with the host. Mark is fantastic. So easy to work with. Very communicative. Really enjoyed working with him as we planned our trip.The house. Fantastic! Literally had everything we could possibly need. It really felt like home away from home. Tons of towels, beach towels, and beach amenities! The hot tub was phenomenal. The pool was so refreshing.This is THE house!! You won’t regret booking here.

Well stocked, comfortable furnishings, good location, quiet neighborhood. A very nice home and excellent owner communication when we hit some bumps with things through the week.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023Loved the house. Perfect for family of 5, Pool and Hot Tub in excellent condition. 3 min drive to downtown shopping and beach. Host was very accommodating and respectful of our time and space. Would definitely come back!

Stayed Oct 13, 2022We had a nice stay as our son recovered from surgery. Everything is on one level which made it easier for him to get around. Owner was very helpful and great to communicate with, we really appreciated his kindness. The downtown area has a lot of quaint shops and restaurants that is just a five minute drive from the house.
