Welcome to Mina Ranch! Located right off the De Portola Wine Trail! This property is walking distance to popular wineries such as Leoness Cellars (we are right across the street), Oak Mountain Winery, and just 5 minutes or less drive to the Gallway Downs Event Center. This home has a true 3 bedrooms with an added BUNK HOUSE 4th bedroom that doubles as the Game Area & Bar with double bunk beds. Don't forget the Pool & Fire Pit area as well as some great memory shots of an old Westernset up.
This is a single story home with no steps for entry or inside the home. Mina Ranch is the perfect spot to spread out and call home while in Temecula Wine Country! Upon entering the property you are greeted with the Formal Dining Room that opens up to Great Room with Large Smart TV! All the while gazing over the perfect gourmet Chef Wine Country Kitchen! This Kitchen was designed with the love of cooking! Enjoy the commercial double oven & gas range top that also includes dedicated WOK Burner! Tons of area for a couple of Chef's to work! Then take it on over to the BUNK House Western Bar right off the Great Room complete with Pool table along with Smart TV and what can be a 4th bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds with full beds on the bottom and twins on the top. The Primary Suite with Cal King Bed & Smart TV is located right off the main entry with ensuite full bathroom. Down the hall from the kitchen is a full hall shared bathroom that is for 2 additional bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a Cal King Bed and the other bedroom with a Queen bed.
Head out the sliding doors from the Great Room and head on over to the full laundry room or enter the child proof fencing to the Pool Area with BBQ island that includes both propane gas grill or charcoal grill. Leave the Pool area and head on over to the Fire Pit area complete with string lights and gazing over Old Western Inspired Storage Shed that is great picture opts! Enjoy the Hot Tub installed on Feb 26, 2025 with the fire pit area under the string lights!
The pool is not heated but you are able to add pool heating at an additional cost to your stay. Just ask us as the prices vary during the different times of the year.
We do allow your pets to join for the stay! Please note this is a Riverside County Certificated Short Term Rental and we comply with all Good Neighbor Policies set. We do only allow a max of 10 adult guests at this property at all times. No wood burning fires are allowed at this home. If you have any questions please let us know!
