Stayed Jan 1, 2026Everything in the house was in great condition, and they provided everything we could need. The welcome kit of cleaning and paper goods lasted us our 3 night stay. The view was incredible, and the house was so fun! Our kids adored the hot tub, and called the lower floor the kids lair. The house was big enough for all 11 of us to spread out and have plenty of room. We are already talking about visiting again next year!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Overall everything was great. The upstairs bathroom was a little odd. It was supposed to be shared but it was in one of the bedrooms. When we checked in we were never told we could ask for more towels or anything. So there was one washcloth one dish towel for nine people. We were told after we checked out. Oh anything you need come to the office. They were very nice. But it would have been nice to know on check-in that we could do this. Everything was at least 30 minutes away which isn't far. The two restaurants we went to were not very good. CG's and I forget the name of the Mexican one. The food was good but the surface was terrible. All in all though, we always have a great time when we go as a family. And the house was certainly big enough. The view is fantastic. And there was a lot to do in the house.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025House is plenty big for a large group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Checking in was easy, as well as checking out. The only issue we had was with the WiFi and that was dealt with promptly. Great time away!

Stayed Dec 14, 2024As always, our stay here for our annual family Christmas get together was great! House is perfect with lots of space, well stocked kitchen, and lots of activities for the kids (pool table, ping pong, and hot tub).

Stayed Nov 14, 2024The check-in process was very seamless and the house was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and everything you need. The view was breathtaking from the deck and the windows. Plenty of room as we had a large group and it was very spacious. The only downside was cell reception Was almost nonexistent at the house and the Internet was spotty at best. That made it a bit difficult trying to communicate with our family as they arrived as we could not get any reception on our cell phones. Check out process easy as well

Stayed Nov 26, 2024We chose this house to host our extended family Thanksgiving. With its massive living room/dining room area we easily accommodated everyone for a large sit down dinner. With 3 generations, there was something for everyone to keep themselves entertained. Older family members enjoyed the hot tub, while the younger ones enjoyed the ping pong, pool, and shuffle board tables. Surrounding it all was the gorgeous view of the Cumberland River.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024It was great overall! I only wish the ping pong table and paddles were in better shape, and that we had all the pieces to the shuffleboard.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Was advertised a lot nicer than was. Needs lots of fixing. Fronts of drawers missing , pots and pans so scraped ,needed to be pitched, dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Feel for the price we paid, we didn't get the house. We still had a good time together and that's what mattered. Probably wouldn't go to this area again.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The house is very spacious and the view is pretty. The amenities are nice but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. It was surely very nice at one time, but in our opinion it needs some TLC. We did not find it to be clean. Fans and lights covered in dust, spatter all over walls in kitchen and on furniture. And there’s just a lot of items that need maintenance. Lots of light bulbs out. Drain in upstairs shower very slow to drain. Nonstick cookware so scratched we actually bought our own pan to cook. Just not what we expected based on the 10/10 reviews that moved us to stay here.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024House was clean, spacious & plenty of room for the 6 of us and my 2 toddlers. Kitchen was stocked as well as bathrooms. The view from the back deck was our favorite spot, so peaceful and beautiful! We even enjoyed the pool one of the days we weren't out on the lake.
