The Little Sanibel House is tucked away on a quiet residential street on the East end and features 2 spacious bedrooms with California king beds , an open concept kitchen living room with island, 2 bathrooms boasting high-end finishes, sundecks on both levels and a large screened lanai and pool. Sliding doors open widely for indoor outdoor living. Sleeps up to 6.



The Space:

The 2 spacious and bright bedrooms have a unique disposition featuring a plush California king bed and an additional twin bed in both rooms. The open floor plan includes living, dining and kitchen opening up to expansive screened lanai and pool deck. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of storage room for a longer stay. Both bathrooms feature granite counter tops and luxurious glass showers. Pets are allowed.

This listing abides by SANIBEL city ordinances, requiring a minimum rental period of 28 consecutive days.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the pool, all property grounds, private residence! Guests also enjoy deeded beach access. Also, Sanibel Country Club is directly adjacent to this home, providing golfers with a fantastic outlet nearby to home.

This stunning beach house is located on the east end of the island, for easy access on and off island.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

Staying with us is simple. We utilize a smartlock system, the code to which you will be given the morning of your arrival together with check-in instructions. I am available 24/7 and can have as much or as little interaction with you as you desire. My engagement is entirely up to you.

    Overall pleased with property and location. Appliances need upgrading. Good linens, etc. along with beach supplies. No issues and a satisfying stay.
