If you are looking for the perfect mountain retreat, that is only minutes from downtown Breck, this is the perfect home for you. The owners have spared no expense in decorating this home! This non-smoking home has a fully furnished kitchen, wood burning stove, washer/dryer, a spacious outdoor deck, a gas barbecue grill, and a new hot tub! This home sleeps 8 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 2 parking spaces.
Please note; there is a separate basement apartment with on- site maintenance personnel.

Alpine Meadows works closely with a professional housekeeping company. Our home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.

**Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge: **

4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.

**COLORADO TRACTION LAW**: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed. Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

    The views are amazing, and the house is a nice place to stay. You can fit a large size family. We thought the house would be a bit closer to a ski bus stop, but we ended up taking the skiers to the peak 7 every morning. It was not possible to just walk there, it was about a 10 min drive to the airport parking, or the peak 7 drop off. Not a huge deal, but we did think it would be easier to get to a bus stop. We wanted to light a fire one night, and there was plenty of wood, but there was no way to light the fire, we took it as a hint that we were not welcome to even though we were told we could have a fire. The hot tub was being cleaned out from the previous renters the night that we arrived (around 7pm) so we couldn't unwind from our travels the first night in the hot tub, which was definitely our favorite place in the property. The primary bed (mattress needs an upgrade). But in all we loved being there and would probably come back as long as they replace the primary mattress.

    The cabin accommodated the 3 of us perfectly. Everyone had their own bed. The kitchen could have been stocked with a little more supplies. Baggies, spices, Laundry had no laundry soap. Other than that Alpine was great to work with. only a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge with lots of wonderful shopping centers. It was a very peaceful, quiet place to stay. We enjoyed greatly and didn't want to leave.

    We had such a great time at this location. The fire stove + hot tub are the highlights. Keeping a hot tub clean isn’t always easy, but it was very clean & nice. The high ceilings are amazing. Hot water may not be available all the time & there is a maintence operator that lives down stairs, however we did not even hear him one time other when he was shoveling snow and checking the hot tub. Overall an amazing stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, plenty of firewood, easy parking access. ( not on a steep incline). We had a wonderful stay!It would be nice to have a few more kitchen necessities and dish towels. We cooked almost every meal and had to buy a pan, foil, spaghetti strainer, and other things.

    Happy to say property was even better than the pictures on the ad. Management responsive and easy check in and out. Modern amenities with log cabin charm. The views from the deck and jacuzzi were amazing during our stay Thanksgiving week. Internet is fast and the fireplace was perfect. Kitchen and bath were clean and well supplied. This is truly a special place. Hope to stay again in the near future.

Everything was spotlessly clean, location was great, all the amenities were there (well stocked kitchen, bedding items, Internet connection, etc.) We enjoyed the hot tub especially and the proximity to town. We would have liked to have a recycling bin, but found where we could take these items. Loved the dogs at the management office. We will be back!
