Stayed May 31, 2025This property has all the amenities!!! We were 2 families and rented 3 boats for the week and both fit at the dock! Bait freezer and refrigerator downstairs was super helpful! The pool was so refreshing after a day of fishing! Everything in the house was spectacular! All kitchen utensils and dishes you need! So much space to accommodate large groups! We had an amazing time staying here and we will come back again next year!

Stayed Feb 22, 2025We were visiting the keys and wanted a house for the six of us to stay that was centrally located. This place was in a great location and the neighborhood was very nice. We especially enjoyed the Cabana Club that was included. The upstairs bedrooms were large and all beds were very comfy. However, the two bedrooms downstairs were quite small. We enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony upstairs but the screen needs to be repaired or replaced. Several holes and in some of the sections on the side the screen was totally peeled back. I imagine in the summer you might have mosquito issues but no problems during our stay. The flat top grill on the patio out back was a pleasant surprise. I love cooking on those! The home was adequately supplied with linens and even lots of beach towels. We did use the heated pool/spa one afternoon and enjoyed just hanging out but it is not a hot tub. Would not get any hotter than 91 and the jets had little to no pressure. There were two kayaks but we didn’t have time to use them. We rented a pontoon bot right in the neighborhood and were able to pull right up to load and unload which is a huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked with all you will need to cook. Lots of spices. Both a drip and pod coffee maker. Comfy furniture in living room. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Stayed Sep 12, 2021Overall the house was good, the rooms downstairs were smaller than we thought. We saved for a year for this vacation and we received the check out instruction 3 days before leaving and that put us in check out mood and that was a bit disappointing. The downstairs shower could not get warm water. The upstairs was great.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021House very easily entertained a group of ten. Plenty of dock space for 2 boats and super easy access to both the gulf and Atlantic.

Stayed Aug 29, 2020My fiancé loves to fish and just wanted some time with his buddies to go fishing and have a good time. He came home and said they had a great time! It was nice to have such easy access to boat and an awesome property. We hope to book this property for a family vacay in the future!

Stayed Jul 11, 2020This property was great. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back and use this house. Had more than enough room for all of 8 us. Very clean, check in and out very simple. Everything needed in back yard, plenty of Boat space, cleaning table and pool. Great House!
