House was very clean and nicer in person than depicted in photos! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Decor is relaxing and uncluttered. Beach is nearby. Had bikes with us and lots of places to ride. Would definitely stay again!

We stay at this home every year. When it was sold last year we were a little concerned the new owners/management might change the home but fortunately it is still lovely. The house information book needs to be updated- there's been a change in trash pickup schedule, for example, and the Roku TV has limited options and is not user friendly ( and no instructions), but otherwise a wonderful property.

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful week living the “Don’t Worry, Beach Happy” lifestyle. Very well stocked home and beautiful decor! Appreciated having two ensuite restrooms. Great location. We rented a golf cart for the week which was great for the kids but we also could have walked to pool and beach too! Furniture is nice and up to date. Allllll the beach toys, chairs, shade tent, etc was SO nice to have provided. If we had small kiddos, they would have liked all the toys! Thanks so much for sharing this home with us.

We had a great week in this incredible house! It is very spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and very clean. We especially enjoyed the screened portion of the back porch, where we took our morning coffee. It is a quick walk to the beach, and also very convenient to restaurants and shops.I just can’t say enough about how great this house is!

Great overall stay. Group of 8 for a golf trip. Convenient location with short drive to golf in Pawleys plus waterfronts in Murrels. Nice short walk to the beach. House is modern and nice

I have just returned from staying a month at this property. It is a truly comfortable house with all the special touches that make it a home. The decorating style lets you know immediately that you are in the low country and near the ocean, yet they haven’t forgotten to include all the necessities that you need for your day-to-day life. Having coffee on the back porch in the morning listening to the birds was a daily activity, followed by my retreating to the front porch and a rocking chair in the evening to watch the sunset and to listen to the frogs in the nearby pond. Contact with the owners for a few questions that I had upon arriving were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. The welcome basket filled with special treats was truly appreciated. Do not hesitate to rent this place if you are looking for a beautiful home located near the beach and other special places like Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens as well as the bike path. I suggest renting a golf cart to enjoy rides around the neighborhood and to the beach access point as well.

This house had everything you could want for children of all ages. Plenty of space to spread out if it rains. Owners communicate very well. Would stay here again.

This house was absolutely perfect! It was super clean, comfortable, and beautiful! It’s great for guests of all ages! The hosts were great too. I would love to rent it again in the summer!

Great place that is well stocked with beach supplies. We’ve been twice already and will come again.

This was our third stay and it was just as great as the first! We love being close to the beach and having access to the community pool. And my daughter loves all the toys and how there are some new ones that appear every time! The only reason we’re not coming back next year is we have another family event.
