Welcome Home- w/ Pool and Near Lake Mi Beaches and Downtown

This was the perfect house for a weekend get away. Spacious and very clean.

Everything was very nice. Plenty of space for four adults to hang out. Beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked and clean.

everything about our visit was perfect. Have stayed with this host in other properties and highly recommend. Smooth process, properties & amenities all fantastic. Holland is such a fun town to visit, we will be back!

Clean house, easy access, great location and ample parking

The house was very comfortable.

Well stocked, spacious, and very comfy couch for all 4 of us to enjoy! Loved having a garage to park inside.

The house is nice and clean. The kitchen was partially stocked. If you plan on actually cooking you need to bring your own mixing bowls and supplies. The proximity to the beach is perfect. The living room TV was broken so we had to watch TV in the den area. The pool is a very nice size unfortunately the weather took a turn to the cold and we didn't get to use it much.

The house and property were very nice. Everything was clean and cozy and as described. My family enjoyed the stay, especially the pool, and we loved that many things were close by. Windmill Island was a beautiful highlight and we also enjoyed going down to the beach at the state park. Would definitely return!

Our group really appreciated the space the house provided. Not just in bedrooms, but the outdoor space as well. We had a wonderful time swimming and hanging out on the deck. I would absolutely recommend this home for a friend trip or a family stay!

Place was clean and excellent location to the state park.

My only suggestion would be to have a dehumidifier since there was a slight musty smell. Great location for visiting family in the area.

We loved the house, perfect for our family of 4 the fun aunt! We used the pool daily as well as sat out on the patio in the mornings. House was clean and had everything we needed.

This was by far the best equipped home we have ever stayed. Description was very accurate and home was very clean. Beds were not the best; felt like a water bed. Overall very nice.

Excellent house and pool! Everything you need (minus cooking utensils were a little sparse), but plenty of room and supplies for a family of 4-6 people. The house is next to a busy road, so the noise at night was an adjustment but was okay after we put fans on in bedrooms to block out the street noises. May have been worse since we visited during the County Fair week.Very convenient to multiple beaches!Would definitely visit again!

Property manager very responsive, only disappointment was that pool was drained, so not true to advertisement. Otherwise fantastic place, definitely will come back!

We were in town for a few night for the Tulip Festival. Good location and plenty of room in the house, with a full kitchen!

We stayed one night at this property in Holland. The property is well maintained in a quiet area which makes it ideal for relaxing and getting outside for some exercise...

House was just as described. Close to beach, shopping, dining and sightseeing.

Our stay was great! Comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for us and the kids to play outside and relax and a nice selection of board games. Thanks so much, would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy cottage near downtown and the beach!

We were looking for a location where our whole family could convene for Christmas. Harriet is a wonderful host and we loved our time together at this very nice house.

We lived in North Holland for several years. Back for an event for a family member. The house was well-appointed and tidy. Enough room for three adults, certainly. While to road in front of the house is typically busy in summer, it was peaceful in winter. It was a 7 minute drive to “downtown,” filled with food and shopping options. We enjoyed our stay.

Our youngest son got married at Baker Events. We booked this house for our family for four days to prepare for the wedding. Its location was central to all shops we needed, the Maatman Center where we held the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding venue. The home is so welcoming and clean. It is decorated with all different lighthouses and beach decor. My eight year old grandson loved all the games available to play and the bunkbed room with the Dutch door. The beds were comfortable and we loved that we could park both cars in the garage, as we arrived in a snowstorm. The drive way was plowed for us upon our arrival, which we were very thankful for. The host, Harriet was so helpful and kind when I texted her with questions I had before our stay and the day we arrived. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The Welcome Home house was a nice place for us to stay while visiting the Holland area. Harriet was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This is our 2nd time stayinf here. We love the location the house and the host!

We book the property originally because it said it allowed guests and we were going to host our rehearsal at the house. However, after asking about parking we were informed that no more than 6 were allowed (the house sleeps 8). We had to last minute change our plans and find somewhere else. Other than the false advertisement of allowing parties, the house was nice.

We stayed at this property for a week with our son and his wife and their two small children. It was perfect for our visit. Everyone loved having the pool in the backyard and we played some of the games that were there. It was a comfortable place to stay and a great location for getting to the beach, downtown, and the ice cream stores! Thank you to our host. We'll definitely consider staying there again if we come back again next summer.

Beach’s awesome Lots to do In Holland

We enjoyed our week stay very much. The house is in a great location, close to Holland State Park, short drive to downtown, and plenty of places to eat in the area. The grill and pool were great to have as we had two of our children with us on this trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Holland staying at Welcome Home. The owner was very responsive with good communication. The house is in a great location between downtown and the beach. Bring your bikes or use theirs to ride to nearby parks, restaurants and beaches. The road out front is very busy, but you'll spend most your time out back by the pool which our kids loved. The house was a perfect size, clean and well stocked for us.
