Stayed Nov 13, 2025A great place to stay! Very clean. Enjoy the outside patio. I would stay here again next time I visit Nashville. Not far from downtown. Taking a Uber was about 15 or minus drive, depending on traffic.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025This property was exceptional. It was very clean and well maintained. The location is extremely convenient as well. The property manager was very responsive to all my messages. I actually left a very expensive work bag at the unit that had my laptop, iPad, eye glasses , and work essentials inside. The property manager facilitated my items return. I am so grateful to him!!!! I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024This was the perfect spot for our Nashville trip! Safe area - within walking distance to Broadway if you like to walk. Very clean place with everything we needed. There were 4 of us and it was more than comfortable!

Stayed Jan 28, 2024Such a great stay, and I can’t say enough good things about Neal. He was SO responsive whenever we had a questions and got back to us immediately. House was extremely clean and well kept up. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Nashville. 10/10

Stayed Feb 23, 2023We had a wonderful time and the property was fantastic. It was very clean, we loved the balcony and how close it was to some fabulous places to eat and drink. There is a lot of construction in the area and we were worried about the noise but it wasn’t an issue at all. There were several places to walk to - coffee shop, distilleries, bars, etc. Overall we had a great experience and would book this place again if we ever go back.
