Stayed Oct 1, 2025The property is in need of some care and attention. There are lots of scuff marks on the walls . It would be really helpful to have guidance on how to use all the appliances , most properties we have stayed in have a folder with lots of helpful hints. The toilet brushes need replacing ! Sadly we had noisy people staying upstairs who seemed to wear hobnail boots. Several nights of disturbed sleep mean we will not be returning on next trip to the area.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025This is the second time we have stayed there and we have loved being there! It’s very close to downtown Wayzata, easy walking distance to restaurants and the lake. Loved the heated bathroom floors, that was a major plus.!

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We had a great stay. The apartment is cozy and charming with a nice big bedroom for my wife and me and a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed for my daughter in the living room. All the appliances are new and it feels freshly renovated. Before our stay, I was concerned about a lack of light because it is a walkout on the lower level, but the light turned out to be fine. A short walk from downtown Wayzata, it was perfect for us as we were visiting my parents who live downtown. For basic living, you don't even need a car. Very walkable. Finally, the host Adlon was very responsive, as was the housekeeper Ingrid. Their service was above and beyond. Many thanks to both of them!

Stayed Sep 10, 2023We loved being so close to restaurants and bike trails! Lake Minnetonka is gorgeous and everything was so accessible to this property. Would stay there again.
