Winter Season Reservations: Please note that any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two months) minimum stay. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management.

After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. A maximum of 2 parking passes per unit is allowed.
Linens are provided; however, please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a starter set of essentials, which comprises hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

    Our vacation rental was fantastic! The pool in the backyard was a major highlight, and we also loved having a sand volleyball court right there. The place was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed to get started. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the key return process. Most places now use key codes, which are much more convenient.

    Poole properties does not provide their guests with a hassle-free vacation. To check-in, guests must fight traffic to a remote location to pick up the keys and parking pass. Since we were a late check-in, our keys were left in an envelope on the front door of the property. Any thief could have taken our keys and parking pass. All of our stay our road was blocked by road construction. Poole properties failed to mention that. So our front porch view was nothing but road work. Poole properties does not provide 2 parking passes for a house that holds 10 people. They charged us for an additional parking pass. That is a low life scam in our eyes. They would only allow 2 vehicles on the property. The driveway could easily held 3 vehicles with plenty of extra room. Poole properties boasted that we would save money if we booked directly with them. Felt like they were trying to get us to cancel our reservation and short change VRBO. The ice maker in the fridge would clog every 3 hours. The fridge or freezer does not stay cold. Instead of replacing a fridge, they are aware it has a cooling problem. They just hope guess think it's their fault. They accomplish this by a snarky framed note on the fridge. Everyone in our group read it and laughed. All appliances are outdated in the kitchen. You can easily tell by the 1990s utensils and coffee maker. A simple Keurig coffee machine and a decent microwave would have gone a long way. Check-out was same as the check in.

    Our families met in Gulf Shores to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our group. We had ample space, and were located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the backyard sand volleyball court and gas fire pit.

    My girlfriend and our 4 friends all stayed here. Plenty of room, across from the beach with a liquor store in the middle. Great restaurants near by. The property was clean. Had a pool and beach volleyball. Just a great lovely time. I will look at booking here again for sure in the future

    We stayed here this past week and thoroughly enjoyed it. You cannot beat the location. The place was clean. Could walk everywhere which we loved. Check in could be updated with adding keyless entry and use a code. They could give you a few more bath towels and dish cloths but not a biggie dollar general is right up the road. I would definitely come back and stay here.
