Stayed Jun 22, 2025First, this place was PERFECT for our trip. Amazing location, the pool right next door was not too loud, and waking distance to beach was great. However, public access beaches are VERY limited on space, and the locals are adamant you stay off their sand. We had a minor run-in, but were not in the wrong, so it didn't amount to anything, but it was inconvenient and crammed in the very limited public access areas.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We had a great stay, and the atmosphere was perfect for our summer beach getaway. Sunsets were gorgeous. We definitely appreciated the proximity to the beach access, and being close to the lake as well. We took advantage of the onsite beach chairs and body boards, though missed the beach cart. Well equipped kitchen when it came to the essentials and very clean. Would stay here again!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024The house was exactly what was described. It was very comfortable and felt homey. The beds were comfortable. One of the showers on the second floor has the issue of water coming out in the bathroom that we were drying after each shower. My only disappointment was the condition of backyard. The patio set was very old and cushions were moldy. We were planning to use the BBQ but we never did as it was not really necessary ce to sit back there.

Stayed Nov 20, 2023The layout of this house is awesome bc there’s two master bedrooms and two guest bedroom with a queen and bunk beds. Loved the upstairs living room and everything was nice and clean. Rental company was easy to work with. Thanks again!

Stayed May 13, 2023Great location and house is as advertised. Close to pool and fun fish watching in the next door lake. The upper deck is perfect at night and absolutely stunning sunsets. Only issue is the beach access across the street is EXTREMELY limited with security guards huddling everyone is a very small area of the beach while the rest is marked private. The public beach is fairly far with an infant and crowded. The private beach guards really ruined a lot of vacation for people in all the houses around us. It does list this in the details but 2 yrs ago we stayed nearby with no issues so it was a surprise. Totally not the owners fault but a huge drawback for family’s just wanting beach time.
