Stayed Oct 16, 2025This place is beautiful and comfortable as well. We loved being a few minutes away from the main busy area, but still close enough to get there easily. It’s quiet and our pets loved the enclosed front and back yards . So many amenities and comfortable beds and beautiful decor. This place has it all!!

Stayed Aug 4, 2025For us everything was perfect. Everything we needed was available. Dan responded quickly when we contacted him with a small issue and resolved quickly. The house was so comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. One short block to the ocean. Perfect!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Pros: great location, fair price, good beach gear, nice fire pit, and easy parking. Cons: dishes were not clean when we got there (there were lipstick marks on the cups), bath towels were dirty (we had to wash them before using them), the floors were dirty upon our arrival, the shower doesn’t work properly, the kitchen lights flickered on and off, and there were cockroaches and bugs in the house.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025We were in town for a wedding nearby and wanted something with beach access and in a town with food options, and we weren't disappointed! This property has plenty of space for hanging out with friends or family, with comfortable beds to boot.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025The Wave Pool house is a block away from the beach and 12 minutes from the SoCal Sports Complex. We were in town for a tournament with our kids but enjoyed the bikes, wagon, beach towels, and sand toys that were provided with the rental. The house was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed for our quick stay.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024This house is in the perfect location! This is our second time staying in one of Dan’s properties and we will definitely be back. House is the perfect size for 4 adults and the front and back yards were great for the dog!
