Waterview Retreat - In town convenience with beautiful Lake & Mountain Views

Everything was perfect for my grand children and my family

We enjoyed the house. We had a good time. Kitchen well equipped and house has everything needed for comfortable stay. It’s great location too!

The only problem we encountered while at this home was with the electronic front door lock, which MOL did not work multiple times we tried to enter the house. The Owner quickly told us how to retrieve the manual key from the lockbox provided next to the front door and all was well for the rest of our 8 day trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone caring to stay here without hesitation to anyone considering Hiawassee as their destination!

Very nice and clean

Clean home was easy to live in. Very good floor plan. Excellent location that was very close to shopping and restaurants. We brought our small dog and a big bonus was that the neighborhood is very walkable, no big hills or blind turns.

Very good location and the owners have the house well supplied and updated.

House was clean and in an excellent location for going all over North Georgia and parts of North Carolina. Traveled to several waterfalls and to Fields of Wood just outside of Murphy, NC.Does need a little bush trimming and trees trimmed to see the lake view better.

Nice house in a very convenient location. This is the second time we have stayed here, as it works perfectly for our family. The screen porch is great.

Great place to stay, the place is clean and well maintain. Walking distance to the lake, a couple a minutes to town for groceries. Kevin has been accommodating in all our needs. Kitchen is fully equipped. Will always come back to this property

We are second time guest! We love the convenience of being so close to town, food places,grocery store ect. Not to mention it's a very quiet location and family friendly !

The property was very clean and very comfortable. The view was awesome. The weather was not the best so we had to stay inside the whole trip but it was so nice and comfortable. The one thing that I would recommend would be to have more towels and wash cloths and toilet tissue. We had to purchase theses

It's a comortable and clean property with a convenient location. Downside, renters not cleaning up after dogs outside.

The house was nice and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the porch. The house was clean except that the refrigerator was not cleaned and trash was left in trash cans in bathrooms. Outside area was also very nice.

The house was very nice, clean, well stocked, and homey. We enjoyed the lake view, the easy walk to the lake, the fire pit, even the neighbors were nice. The house was close to stores, attractions and even the pickleball courts.

Whenever we are @ 605 Waterview, we feel like we’re home Very friendly neighborhood, great location, beautiful view, clean and nice property! Great Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake from the inside of the house was minimal compared to our expectations, but still, a very nice screened in porch. Everything was clean and well organized. Only needed more toilet paper, paper towel and shower soap and laundry detergent for a one week stay. We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. Super convenient to downtown Hiawassee. Limited view from the back porch. We didn’t use the large side yard with fire pit as there is no seating. It would be nice for dogs and kids. I would defiantly rent this house again!

Spring, Summer, and Fall, we love to return to this Waterside Home in Hiawassee. This VRBO is 5 star clean and comfortable, right in the heart of town. The View of Mountains and Lake Chatuge affords relaxation and beauty. The Hosts go out of their way to make us feel welcomed!

We really enjoyed this property….it was in town and convenient to all things!!! The Best part was being able to bring our dog…she loved the back screened in porch!!! This house has plenty of space and we felt secure with other houses/people around us!! Owners were a phone text/call away which was super nice!!! Would definitely stay here AGAIN ?

Great property and a great place to visit. We would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. The next time we visit, we will definitely book this property again.
