Waterview 3 ensuite home with pool HGTV chose as ideal vacation home!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described and the heated pool was absolutely perfect. Tom was a super responsive host answering our questions quickly.Tom left some suggested restaurant recommendations which were spot on. We spent a memorable afternoon at Quinn’s at the JW Marriott watching the football playoffs in the sunshine—a total treat while our friends back home were dealing with snowfall! Bonus - they validated our parking ticket!The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great trip, Tom!

The house was amazing. We had a wonderful time. Very clean and Tom was a great host. He texted the day of letting us know we could check in early if we wanted. The pool area was fantastic, our son loved swimming and we enjoyed sitting out there. Our last morning there we outside sitting and we saw two dolphins playing in the channel, what a great way to end our trip. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!!!!

We overall had a great stay at this home! It was just as we expected from the pictures. The home was large with bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen is a great size if you need to cook or prepare meals, even though we ate out many times. The house was extremely clean! It was well stocked with beach toys for our toddler to use. Even though the owners live on site, it was very private which we appreciated. The house is about a 10 minute golf cart ride from restaraunts, stores and the beach. My only complaint was that the pool was too cold to use several days. During our stay, we had storms almost every day which we totally understand as we come from a beach town in SC. Between the rain showers and storms, we had hoped to use the pool but it was too cold. I was under the impression that it was a heated pool and had asked the owner before arriving what the temperature of the pool was set at. I was told they had not had any complaints about the pool temperature. Now reading the fine print of the information, the pool is solar heated and is turned off certain months of the year. I would say this was our only disappointment of the house. Its a beautiful house centrally located near everything you need!

Property was nice! Everything was clean and welĺ maintained. We went in July and the weather was hot! Pool was nice, the water temp was like a warm bath. Solar heated and in full sun most of the day..so to be expected. Central location and easy access to all Marco Island offers. We enjoyed our stay. Host was accessible and communicated with us easily. Everything was there to go to the beach and enjoy the day. A map of the island provided activities, restaurants, etc. Really relaxing. We would return.

Nice and clean home. If your cold nature this house is for you. I didn’t notice in the description that you’re not allowed to turn the air down past 74 degrees, it’s 90 plus degrees here every day and yes we kept the blinds closed. The master bedroom and bath was very warm. The week there the pool pump was out and there were tiny bugs everywhere!!

Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Even though the owners were on the premises in an arched house, you would never have known it. Great location with a short drive anywhere on the island. This house was exactly as the pictures had portrayed. Clean and well cared for. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that had every utensil we could have needed. The only downfall was that the pool was too hot to use, but this was no fault of the owners. The weather was over 90 degrees our entire trip. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and look forward to our next trip.

Tom was the perfect host. His communication was perfect and he responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely gorgeous house!!! It was impeccably clean, decorated beautifully, comfortable and lovely. The outside space was beautiful and the view is stunning!! Thank you Tom for making our stay so wonderful and enjoyable!

Everything was wonderful!! The owner made contact with us right away to let us know the property was ready before expected. We had no complaints. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Pool was so nice.

The house was nice enough. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the listing that says the home owner is living under the same roof. I guess the Nick Saban commercial by VRBO is for laughs and something they do not practice. The house was definitely priced as though it was a single family residence.

Nice, clean property. Plenty of room for our family and it had what we needed.

The photos, descriptions, and amazing feedback from other renters were spot on. We had access to 2 bikes as well as fishing gear for the dock. We even had a dolphin visit our little slice of heaven which captivated our family. One week was not enough to do all the exploring we wanted to do. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks, and our daughters each came for a visit with their husbands and our granddaughter. It is a beautiful home! The layout is great and it is very spacious with a beautiful view of the water from the lanai. There’s plenty to do very close to the home, and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was a terrific escape from the snow and cold back home!

We had a great week in this beautiful home! Really appreciate that the owners let us check in early. Home layout was perfect as our college students had their own end of the house while my husband and I had the other end. Beautiful home and gorgeous view. Very convenient location. Too cool to use the pool but enjoyed sitting outside.

Very nice home in a great location. Quick drive to public beach access. Hosts were very responsive. Home was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and its patio seating in the early morning and evening. Beds and common area seating very comfortable. Thanks so much!

We stayed with our adult children. We loved everything about the home. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the pool area, grilling and eating outside and fishing off the dock. It was just as described, clean and comfortable!
