Waterside Home in Gated Community with Pools & Tennis - 5 Minutes to Beach

The house is nice. Parking is a pain, streets are super narrow. We were not give pool to code, remotes in pool jar for garage and pool do not work. The pool has a 5 key code to enter. Beds not comfortable- unless you like hard beds, then you'll love them. Overall, we had a great stay, house was clean, easy to get to. Rooms are large. Instant hot water was great!

Our family enjoyed the house, it definitely could have been cleaner but the property management company was good about correcting the issues.

This property is located in a gated community (make sure you get gate code and door code). It has two pools (also need codes). The kids had the pool to themselves both days we went. There is a pond/lagoon area in the backyard. There are fish and at least one gator. The outside living area is great and the screened in porch was good to sit when the evening rain and bugs came. Overall, it was a nice home and vacation. The property management was responsive to issues that we had. I didn’t rate high on cleanliness because there were some issues with housekeeping when we got there. They responded quickly to the concerns.. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and was not far from St Andrew’s State Park where we spent most of our time!

Nice place the shower heads need to be changed in the master bath but it was really nice. We enjoyed our time there.

We had a blast ,will definitely stay again

This home is not far at all from the beach and you won't have to deal with all the traffic near the resorts. It has everything you'll need for a comfy stay. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a gorgeous patio to have a nice bbq! Family games, pots and pans and clean towel were all available and anything you might need that you didn't find can be found at the Walmart near by. All and all a wonderful place to stay!

It had a little smell from trash but i still give it a 5 star. I love it.

When you walk into your home for the next week and the first thing you do is want to turn around and leave because the entire house smells like ass because the Turnkey property management service didn't remove an entire pickup truck load of garbage before you got there. The previous tenant had written in the guest book about the same issue. I was assured it would be removed by 6pm, it finally was by 9pm by two pissed off contractors that cussed and bitched the whole time they were throwing it in their truck. So, needless to say, our first night and following morning was like living on top of a garbage dump. Let me reiterate that Turnkey Property Management sucks and in all reality, I feel I should be compensated for their serious shortcomings.

Overall it was great. I just wish instructions would have been clarified more. We had a little trouble getting into the community because we didn’t anything about a gate code. We called customer service and they were awesome
