Property was fantastic and in a wonderful neighborhood but maybe stock the kitchen a little better with utensils, dishes and cooking supplies. The chain link gate for the back yard needs to be able to lock and stay in place for those coming with small dogs.

We chose to stay at Waterloo Lake Escape because of the easy access for my special needs grandson who is in a wheelchair. The home was perfect for us. It was easy access from everything we needed. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet and within walking distance to the park so our family took advantage and played pickle ball a couple of times. We had to reach out to the owners a couple of times and received instant responses each time. We definitely will stay here again if it’s available for our next trip to Denison.
