Stayed Jun 28, 2025Beautiful home with everything needed found on site. Located in a quiet neighborhood with daily bunny and owl visits, and to my delightful surprise dolphin sightings right off dock. As we vacation on Marco every year, we will definitely rent this home again.

Reviewer Comments: Our February stay in this beautiful home was as perfect as one could ask for. The lovely decor, the large pool and lanai, comfortable beds, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go and quiet streets made this trip delightful. We can't wait to return.

Reviewer Comments: This home is so beautiful (definitely exceeded our expectations) and had everything we needed! It accommodated our family of 8 for 2 weeks with plenty of room to spare! The pictures are exactly what you get upon arrival! The pool always had direct sun and was comfortably warm! The Holiday Life was always prompt with responses when I inquired! Would definitely stay here again! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

Stayed May 1, 2022We could not have been happier with our stay here. The location is excellent, and the house itself was clean, spacious, and had excellent amenities. The screened-in pool and lanai were absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 9, 2022We had a great time at this beautiful property! Everything is automated, which required a learning curve, but super helpful once we mastered. Only thing we wish we had more of were extra blankets! But mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more! Owners were thoughtful and provide chargers galore and home automation, plus an office setup (not that we used it). Wish the pool water had been a little clearer during our stay, but we rented a pontoon boat and spent most of our time touring the surrounding waters. We would definitely come back!

Stayed Feb 19, 2022Second time at this property……one HUGE problem with the house; it’s already rented for next year during our requested time! We rent a lot of VRBO, this is as close to perfect as it gets. Don’t hesitate!

Reviewer Comments: Thank you to the homeowners, they have thought of everything, even a lint roller! This is our second time to stay at Waterleaf, hopefully, it will not be our last. The Holiday Life Property manager and the homeowners were very responsive and took care of two problems in a timely matter. Also, thank you for the Christmas trees, our grandchildren were thrilled to have a tree again. The homeowners have made sure this is truly a home away from home.
