Welcome to our, spacious 2300 Sqft 3 bed (2 kings & 1 queen) 2.5 bath, home on canal w/ plenty of docking for boats. We have direct water access and are located minutes to Smokehouse & Collier Bay. Boater’s dream location w/quick access to open water. Take inner coastal to Keewaydin & Naples or boat over for dinner to Snook or Island Gypsy!
Our place is fully stocked with all the comforts of home including high end towels & linens. Enjoy use of bikes, beach gear, kayaks, toys, games & more. Easy 15 minute stroll or 2 minute drive to Tiger Tail Beach Park (exactly 1 mile). Only a mile from the Esplanade, shopping & the farmers market at Veterans Park. Home features beautiful heated, travertine, screened in pool area w/grill and plenty of outdoor seating for entertaining. Our pool faces the much coveted westerly direction. Enjoy afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets from the lanai.
All bedrooms are equipped w/smart TVs as well as a large screen, smart TV in living area. Home features high speed internet for ease of working from home (small desk/office area in primary. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Large family room and separate living room provides plenty of space for families to spread out. Relax at the end of the day in a soaker tub in the newly remodeled, designer primary bathroom.
Because we know the importance of traveling with your furry loved ones, 1-2 small-medium dog(s) will be considered for an additional, non refundable fee of $150. Pets must be pre-approved before adding to your reservation (size & breed restrictions apply). Security deposit may be increased.
January, February & March are rented by the full month only beginning on the 1st and ending on the last day of that month. We do not break up these months. DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOK FOR ANY PORTION OF JANUARY-MARCH OR YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. January thru March require a minimum of the full month and preference will be given for a 3 month seasonal tenant. We do not rent the month of February on its own. All inquires must be submitted for approval for all winter (January-March) bookings. Once again, DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING for this time period only
If you are bringing a boat, please be aware of the strict Marco Island ordinance that does not allow for trailers (or motor homes of any size) to be parked in the driveway or anywhere on the street or yard. Be sure to make storage arrangments well in advance for your rv's or trailers.

    We really enjoyed this home. It was quite clean; my wife thought it was the cleanest rental we've ever had. The canal location is great as well. The place was very well equipped. We used the bikes, and found the kitchen to be exceptionally well stocked. The owners helped us find some great restaurants on the island too. It was a great stay in every way.

    This was our first time on Marco Island and we couldn’t have better experience. Kelly’s property is beautiful, and it is in gorgeous neighborhood with great proximity to everything. It very quiet neighborhood, perfect for vacation. The house is well stocked with necessities. Beds and pillows were so comfortable that I truly felt home away from home. Thank you Kelly again for this opportunity to enjoy your home . We will be back.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Marco Island. The house was wonderfully appointed, comfortable and the location was perfect! We especially enjoyed use of the bicycles and short ride to Tigertail Beach area. It was also a plus to be able to include a furry family member. Kelly and Walter were very helpful and responsive.

    This waterfront VRBO made our family's first trip to Marco Island just lovely (me, husband and 2 kids ages 13 and 11) Our trip was scheduled for 1 week after hurricane Milton hit FL and we considered cancelling. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to my many emails as the hurricane moved through. I'm so glad we didn't cancel! The house had everything we needed and more and is so well maintained. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and lanai were absolutely perfect for relaxing afternoons after island exploring. Tigertail beach provided excellent birdwatching and shelling and leisurely beach strolls. The bikes were great for the quick ride to the beach and exploring the beautiful neighborhood. While beach swimming wasn't an option, the pool cooled us off just fine. The Esplanade shops and restaurants were easily accessible by foot. We were treated to gorgeous sunsets and views of burrowing owls, egrets and osprey all within the neighborhood. We used the beach chairs to head to Marco island beach and saw dolphins and and it was an easy day trip to view many alligators in the Cypress National Preserve. Wonderful vacation home! We highly recommend it and are so thankful we got to experience a magical week.

    The home was great. The owner was helpful and replied quickly to any questions. I had a quick stay and was alone but the home could definitely accommodate a family. The home was well equipped to cook in and live in for an extended stay. Would recommend.

    My husband and I took our family on a quick get away over the New Year's weekend. We were surprised and delighted when we arrived and the house was the perfect size for the seven of us. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was warm. When we reached out to the property owners before our stay, they were quick to respond, offered suggestions and so easy to communicate with. We appreciated the food suggestions as we had not yet visited Marco Island. Excellent recommendations to local fare! There was not a time during our stay that we needed to reach out for repairs or needs above and beyond what was provided. There was a binder that gave us all the information we needed in regards to the house, wifi and any controls necessary for our comfort. Also a handy map! The property was close to everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was spotless. Perfect quick get away! Thanks Walter & Kelly
