Waterfront with Beach, Easy Water Access, Kayaks, Paddleboards, Boat Rentals!

Had a wonderful stay. The house and property are lovely. The home has every amenity possible. The owners put a lot thought in making the place incredibly comfortable. This is the perfect spot for family and friends. The owner was helpful and considerate. Excellent communication. Highly recommend.

We had our family stay here for the week and trailered our pontoon over from Raleigh/Cary. Especially enjoyed the backyard, the massive decks and the dock, beach area - all are really well done with plenty of space! Great property and the house was clean and well managed. And the town of Belmont was very charming. Thank you!

This house is beautifully nestled on the Catawa River and offers a peaceful, private beach getaway that our entire group enjoyed. The owner was communicative answering questions before we booked all the way to check out - the house and property was exactly as described and pictured. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay!

The owner obviously cares about their guests and goes the extra step to make sure that they are welcome, comfortable and well cared for. Great location on the water, with a variety of porches to enjoy the view; very well cared-for property; very well equipped in terms of water and land sports, including life preservers for the paddle board & kayacks; comfortable beds; excellent wifi; house has all the spaces and views someone might want or need; even included adequate paper towels and toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent--We brought all that stuff, but we didn't need it, because the owner provided it. We thought we were treated very well. No nickel and diming here--first class all the way.

We really enjoyed all the spaces for everyone to enjoy and not be on top of eachother. The palddle boards and paddle boat were used alot. We found a rope swing across the lake and had fun swinging out into the lake. We also rented the pontoon boat abd highly recommend that if you stay here. The house was clean and had all the towels, beach towels, hair dryers, cleaning items you will need. The only suggestion is to bring a first aid kit. Someone in our group cut their leg and we didn't have anything with us. Other than that - no complaints!

We had an excellent time staying at this house--it was clean, well taken care of, and provided a lot of dock and lake fun! We loved sitting on our private beach all day and deck all night. Great place to stay!!

The house is everything you think of for a lake vacation. It was cute, cozy and well -stocked with lake access and plenty of room to relax. We rented a boat that was delivered to the dock, and my kids were out all day tubing and swimming. S’mores and grilling at night or we also went into downtown Belmont which has lots of restaurant options. Mike was so nice to deal with and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!
