Stayed Dec 17, 2025We had a wonderful time in Winter Haven.The house was great for 5 adults and 4 children (age 1 to 15), clean, and there was everything you need.Pool is wonderful (heated) and was the highlight for the kids.Geno lives nearby and has an open ear for all questions, thank you Geno.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025My family of nine spent eight wonderful days at this property. Swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, so much fun to choose from. There is also a fishing dock. We caught lots of fish. We caught copperhead bream, shell cracker bream, catfish, and several bass. We have already made our reservations for next year.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We spent a week here. It was very comfortable for our extended family of 4 adults, 4 young adults, and 1 child. We enjoyed that conveniences were walking distance and the property was set up for comfort. We would love yo stay here again.

Stayed Jan 8, 2025Beautiful, spacious home with many opportunities for fun! Pool, hot tub, outside spaces, game room, this home offered all of this, plus plenty of room so that we could be hang out together or find a quiet space , if desired. The location is perfect if you're interested in Lego Land or Peppa Pig. We took advantage of the dock for our pontoon boat and cruised the Chain of Lakes, went to Disney (took us a little over an hour away) as well Medieval Times (about an hour). Bring a bathing suit, a beach towel, a plan for fun and prepare to enjoy your stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed stay. The dock is great for fishing, watching wildlife and catching some sun. Very quiet location that is conveniently located near shopping, dining and about an hour away from Universal and Disney. We’ll definitely be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a 5 star house. House was very clean and was supplied with everything you need as if you were in your own home. The two washers and dryer’s were awesome!The outside back yard was also amazing! Swimming, fishing or just relaxing on the patio, there is something for everyone. House is also very convenient to every kind of shopping you will to do.
