Stayed Jul 27, 2023Location on the lake was great; dock with lake access was good; front porch overlooking lake awesome but porch needed upkeep / paint. Inside the home was very dated in every room. AC worked fine but one bedroom did not have AC; it wasn't an issue for us as we did not use it. The bottom level of the house was blocked off so we could not access the lake through the downstairs door. We had to walk around the side of the house underneath the deck. Stairs from the upstairs deck to lake were also blocked off. I'll try another property next time.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023The proximity to Bethel Woods for a concert makes this an ideal place to stay if seeing a show. The property is right on the lake and there is a lovely porch to sit and have coffee and drinks and watch the hummingbirds flutter by. There is a dock with lounges and kayaks available. The 3 full baths are convenient for a group. The communication with the owner was amazing and Yvette was more than accommodating. It was one of the few properties in the area with air conditioning which was key in this heat, however please note the twin bedroom and downstairs bedroom do not have a/c. The downstairs bedroom was a little stuffy. The kitchen was well stocked but definitely a little rustic. The beds were clean and comfortable and plenty of linens. Overall, the house needs some updating, the fuse will blow with the hairdryers on with a/c. That being said, the entire group would return and stay in a second.
