Stayed Oct 17, 2025This rental had the potential for 5 stars but fell short. The host was very responsive, but that didn’t help with the poor condition (or lacking) window shades, potentially dangerous deck floorboards, and a kitchen that was lovely to look at but not equipped to actually cook and serve a large meal. Location was terrific, pool was warm (even in mid-October), but the space seemed a bit weather-worn outside, and a little tired inside, for the money.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025My friends, family, and I had the BEST stay on Dune Road. The house is stunning, with beautiful views of the bay and ocean. There are plenty of rooms, 15 of us slept comfortably with AC in each room. Towels and beach chairs were an added plus. The pool and deck area is gorgeous. It was very easy to reach the host with any questions and for turning on the pool heater. I would love to stay here again!

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The house is in a beautiful location between the bay and the ocean. The house is spacious. Some minor updates are needed but nothing crazy. The only thing we wish we had was a washer and dryer for this location especially with children things get messy and would have loved to clean. The host was amazing at communicating and that was amazing. He even gave us resturant recommendations.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Fabulous location, steps from public beach access (pikes) and private beach on the bay behind the house. Fantastic pool, lots of room and bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups/multiple families to enjoy time together. Large pool deck, perfect for grilling, amazing views of bays and oceans. Very attentive house manager as well! Loved it

Stayed Jul 28, 2025The house has plenty of space and everything you will need for a great vacation. The best is the location which is on the bay and directly accross from Pikes Beach access. The property manager is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025The location was great, walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and not too much traffic on Dune road. The views were amazing and the second level was a perfect entertainment area. We loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms the house had - made it easy to get ready quickly! The property manager was so responsive and helpful to anything we needed!
