Stayed Oct 9, 2024Our stay at Waterfront Vacation Rental Near Louisville was one of the most peaceful, relaxing vacations we have ever been on. The home is encased in windows that provide outstanding views of the river as well as the island across the way. The home has large rooms with high ceilings that provide a wide-open feel, and the decor is amazing! The owner is wonderful and easy to work with. We would love to stay at this waterfront rental again when we visit our kids in Kentucky!

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Property manager was very helpful even came to the house to help us connect to the WiFi. Lovely older home, stunning view of the Ohio River. Plumbing issues but the property manager had a plumber come in the day we checked out.

Stayed May 17, 2024Perfect spot for our trip to the bourbon trail! The house was perfect and had amazing views of the river, would definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 12, 2023The exterior of the house is terrible, front and back. Weeds are taking over the front of the house and the back is covered in mildew. This house should not be rented again until some sprucing up is done. The inside was clean enough except for the white carpet throughout which was very stained. The bed pillows were tiny ( thankGod we brought our own!), the towels were cheap and sparse. Only one f the 3 bedrooms had a TV. The information for accessing the internet was incorrect and it took multiple phone calls and emails to the management company to get this issue resolved. The outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived. The view of the Ohio River was nice which is really the only nice thing I can say about this property.

Stayed Oct 11, 2022Tried 4 times to get in contact with Evolve property contact Susie. Twice by phone and twice by email. Hopefully next time I can see that it's being managed by a third party, so I avoid that rental. We had plumbing issues in all bathrooms. Master bathroom shower and sink drains were slow. Upstairs we found a handwritten note NOT to use the shower. The sink in the 1/2 bath would spray the wall when turned on. Amenities shows fireplace but noted in the rules given after rental that the fireplace was just for looks and NOT to be used. The view is amazing, and we really enjoyed that, but property is overpriced for what you get. Was located with easy access to retail, restaurants, and attractions.
