Waterfront vacation home with breathtaking sunsets

The host was amazing. Any communication we received was clear which made the process so easy. The property checked all our boxes and then some and felt like being home.

The home was very comfortable for our family. We loved the view from the back and the pier. We also loved all the extra towels and beach items.

The whole house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Kathe even messaged us when a launch was planned so we could either prepare for the noise/light or prepare to watch! How cool was that! The dock was surprisingly long, and so peaceful. Great neighborhood and what a communicative host!

This was a very clean location that had a lot of amenities. It was homey and the owner of the property was quick to answer if there were any questions. Everything was in walking distance in order to do fun things, eat or shop. We had an enjoyable peaceful time. We were also able to see a dolphin, manatees and the rocket launch.

We loved this condo and would definitely stay again. Loved looking out over the water and watching all the birds. Saw a manatee and 2 dolphins while waiting for an evening rocket launch. Very cool experience. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/bathrooms were fully stocked. We walked to Cocoa Beach Pier a couple times, it was lovely.

This townhouse on a quiet street with a pretty backyard was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, spacious and was just as described. There is nothing else that we could have needed. My husband spent time fishing on the dock even when the weather was rainy using the available fishing poles and tackle box. The views of the sunsets were amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back!

Property was clean and well appointed but does not have a hot tub as listed in the description. Rather it has a jacuzzi tub. Very different. Also you would not want to walk to the beach as you would be walking on a 4 lane highway. The outdoor space on the river was very nice but would’ve been better with a hot tub

Quiet neighborhood, lovely little garden outside to sit and drink a cup of coffee and watch the water before the day started! And super super clean!

We stayed here a few days before our cruise. The neighborhood is quiet and the unit had all we needed and then some. We will be back!

Dock on river and very close to beach. Well supplied with all the things you need for the beach. Great place to entertain family.

We were completely satisfied with the spacious and very well-equipped apartment and can highly recommend it. We miss watching animals on the jetty in the Banana River

We loved our stay.

Lots of welcome gifts. Well stocked kitchen and refrigerator. Outside was a disappointment. Campers nearby had sewer smell. Outside deck included garbage cans view. A little dated in the bath and furniture. We did enjoy one night on the pier for the sunset. Nothing for young kids to do. Beach was not convenient and no pool. We even left a day early to go to the Courtyard for pool and beach. I would not stay again.

This townhouse was a perfect fit for our family. Loved the location. Spent alot of time on the pier. It was very clean and we appreciated the basket of snacks and all of the little extras that were there…laundry detergent, soaps, LOTS of towels. Went across the street to the beach to see a rocket launch! Will stay here again if we come back to the area.

The property and its location have exceeded our expectations. The townhouse felt like home, very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well equipped, we were able to make our favorite meals as if we were at our house. Both bedrooms have a lovely view of Banana River and the king-sized beds are very comfortable. We loved the deck with gas grill which we used every night. I really enjoyed the dock and would take my cup of coffee in the morning to watch manatees swimming around. It was very serene. The location is also within walking distance from the beach and neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. Kathe, the host, is very easy to reach and responds immediately in case of need. We were very happy with this rental and felt like we got really lucky to find it.

clean place, amazing views, good location

Family trip to the beach and NASA visit. Everyone loved the view on the back porch and the beach was very close. Will be back! The kitchen was great as I cook a lot on vacation. Too expensive to eat out these days.

Very nice cul de sac location on the Banana River in the middle of Cape Canaveral. Beach is not close per se but you are right on the river; so great! Views at sunset are magnificent. Lots of wildlife - fish jumping, ducks, wood storks, pelicans and lots of manatees.

Great location, wonderful property, fully equipped and ready for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.
