Waterfront Tropical Family Getaway

Property was very clean host was super friendly. Extremely peaceful

Decent place with a lot of potential to be great. We loved the pool area and the beds were very comfortable however there were no supplies for the beach or pool. We had to go buy plastic cups because the only ones in the cupboard were glass and we didn’t want them by the pool. The place is nice but could use a facelift. There were also random wires hanging out the walls, no tvs in the bedrooms and no tv or radio out by the pool.

We had a great stay. Location walkable to local parks and library great for toddlers and kids, beautiful pool and water view. Spacious layout

The house is very comfortable. We loved the second floor deck and the large pool area - great view down a canal from the deck. Sitting out there was a highlight of our stay. We have rented many houses in Marco and the pool area is one of the nicest we've seen - huge two story lanai made it feel resort-like. Good communication with the management. House was very clean. Our only issue is that one of the three full bathrooms is on the first level off the pool deck, and only accessible from the pool deck. (The house is a raised ranch, with only garages on the first floor - no living space.) We think this should be made clear in the listing. As it turned out, only four of us stayed at the house, so the bathroom issue didn't affect us, but if you are looking for each bedroom to have its own bathroom, you should be aware that two bedrooms share a bath. Also, as visible in the pictures, there are a fair number of steps up to the front door, and a metal spiral staircase to get down from the second floor deck to the pool and decking area, so not a good choice if you have any mobility issues. The side of the house is on San Marco Road but the road noise wasn't an issue, and it is convenient to be able to so easily access a main road. Overall, we liked the house very much.

The house is spacious, comfortable and with plenty of open space to gather. The view to the canal is peaceful and the kids enjoyed the pool. Short drive to the beach and stores.
