If outdoor entertainment is your thing, especially if it's related to the water, you'll be delighted by the private dock from where you can easily try your hand at crabbing and fishing. The dock also comes equipped with an outdoor shower. The deck offers agreat place to enjoy your meals al fresco with great views of the bay thanks to the picnic table.

The first and main level of this coastal gem is made up of a bright and spacious open floorplan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The living room offers a cozy space to relax after spending the day outdoors–feel free to snuggle up in front of the flatscreen Smart TV and stream your favorite movies or shows for an entertaining evening at home with your loved ones. There are plenty of family-friendly board games available, so choose your favorite game, team up, and get ready to have fun!

Once the winner claims their crown, it's time for a delicious meal. Let your friends sit down at the six-person dining table while you show off your cooking skills and work your magic in the fully-equipped kitchen. You'll have all the essentials to whip up the most delicious meals and surprise your loved ones with mouth-watering dishes, including a French-door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker. This level also features a full bath. You and your loved ones will enjoy marvelous water views from every single room and let's not forget memorable sunsets as well!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Can be used for kayaking or paddle boarding entry (not provided).
Not for boat use. Owners boat is on lift in front of dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
