Very nicely equipped and maintained. It perfectly met our needs
My family of 8 stayed here and it was comfortable and a great location. Close to port Canaveral and close to Kennedy Space Center. The communication with the property manager was great. We arrived and the trash bin was full and they quickly emptied it out. Also, the pull out sofa was broken, but the front desk person was able to yank it out. Since we were only there for 2 days they did not put us in a different townhome, we just didn’t put the mattress back into the sofa because it was broken. The bed was fine once they were able to pull out the mattress.
This was our second trip here and everything was lovely again. We enjoyed the pool and took advantage of the paddle boards and pontoon boat rental steps away. (I would not recommend the paddle boards for a group as they only have 3 in decent condition). We saw more dolphins than I could count, as well as manatees, fish and birds. The location can’t be beat, close to restaurants and Publix to fill the kitchen, and a short drive to Cocoa beach or KSC.
All went well. Nice for what we needed.
We thought we were going to have a water view.
Nice place to rent sail boat or charter bots. would go back
We stayed one night but I’m already looking forward to our next visit! The only issue we had was the shower in the hallway bathroom upstairs didn’t have hot water…it was lukewarm, it never got hot. Overall, the unit was clean and beautiful. Thank you for sharing your space with us!
