Waterfront Townhome | 4 Balconies, Gorgeous Views

I liked that it had several different amenities. The restaurant sunset inn was really good. The restaurant hooks has poor service and was slow. Everyone was very nice. The town home has everything you would need for a kitchen.

The balcony views were great! The only thing is that we thought the common areas were not clean. Carpet had big stains on them, the kitchen area, especially utensils, cups/dishes/glasses were very dirty. We washed everything before we utilized them.

Amenities- towels were awful; thin, scratchy, old & very used. I don’t expect Four Seasons plush quality, but these were really bad. Overall the 3b/3b accommodated our family and our need, but the place felt dirty and used - walls were very dirty, carpet was filthy and spotted, baseboards were knocked and scuffed. It just “felt” icky. I’d suggest a keurig or something that people know how to use. The coffee maker was an off-brand and not user-friendly. The tvs had zero instructions and remotes that I (at almost 50 years old) should know how to use, because they are old remotes, but I couldn’t figure them out. There should be one universal remote that’s easy to use.

We really enjoyed the view! Initially we saw the screens doors for the sliding doors were just leaning against the door. Not a good start when you show up and see something so obvious that needs to be done. We did report it and it was fixed promptly. The place just needs a good cleaning and small things fixed or updated. Here are the other issues we had during our stay.No remote for master bath tv. I found an on/off switch on back of tv. But without the remote you couldn't change the volume or turn it off from bed.The master shower has mold and the shower head was dirty and sprayed water off to the side.Mold in the downstairs shower and shower curtain.Sliding door by the kitchen did not glide smoothly and was very difficult to open and close.One patio chair was too wobbly to use since it was missing the adjusting foot at the bottom of one of the legs of the chair.Another chair was already off to the side because it has a broken armrest.Also be careful of the due dates or cancellation dates if you make any changes. This unit is actually rented by iTrip and they have different cancellation dates than what was shared with me by VRBO.

The views were amazing from on the balcony. The place was soo nice and clean.

This was such a cute property! We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy some peaceful moments at sunrise and sunset.Great place to unwind and relax.

Great location and property! Easy to get everywhere with amenities close by. Loved the water view on the balcony and the gym came in handy for morning workouts. The place was very clean, and the description was as stated.

Location was wonderful. Cute community. Carpet has bleach spot in front of washer. Could not find thermostat. Every morning it was very warm in the condo. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling very good.

We loved the location, and the house.

We had a great time. The private beach is in the bay of Tampa. It wasn’t what we wanted, so we drove down to Anna Maria Island one day. We enjoyed the pool. We would have loved to have been able to stay longer and enjoy more of the amenities. Thank you!

easy access close to places to go

The screen on the back patio came off when we opened the door, the lid for the garbage can came off and I left on the side, the shower head on the first floor is loose and almost came off, the shower in the second bathroom in 2nd floor would not drain - took for ever , and I would suggest using bleach or something to clean the black stuff in the matter shower. I wiped some off by the door. Wi washed most of the towels used. We tried to seep but the sweeper would not pick everything up

The plane was clean, everything functioned as it should.. the community was perfect. Private beach, 2 restaurants and bars.. it was a perfecf vacation!

The title says 5 star review contacted the property owner about the issues with the carpet being gross bleach spilled on the carpet in front of the washer the paint chips all over the property look to have had a leak somewhere in past the railing up to the property cut my hand going up where something hit it in past place was gross pics look nothing like property

One of the best places we have ever stayed in. I would definitely go back.

Great property easy access to golf and fishing

We visit family here quite a bit and have stayed at a few places on the property. This one was one of the best and easiest to access. Great views. Clean. Easy in and out. Couldn’t ask for more

Easy to find and easy access to highways great place

We went to visit relatives in Suncity and stayed in Ruskin, 2nd time we’ve stayed here, different unit but all great. Food in restaurants is great, kids loved the pool. Sunsets are amazing!

Loved that everything was with in the community. Spent lots of time at the beach.

The Little Harbour community is an awesome place. Our rental was beautiful and just as pictures showed. So convenient with pool, restaurant and gym all walking distance. Tiki bar was so much fun. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay again@

Property was very nice but we only spent twelve hours there because of the hurricane.

Bride and Bridesmaids- We have all the things we needed. Only change would have been a closet in the lower bedroom.

This is a very clean, nice property that overlooks a Marina. Exactly like the pictures shown online. The only problems I had during my stay was with the TV’s and the “no see um” bugs. I couldn’t get the main TV to work. When maintenance came out, it was temporarily fixed, but after a few hours, it turned off and I couldn’t get it back on again. The upstairs Master bedroom TV would keep going out on me too, but at least I was able to get it turned back on. After the first night of sitting out on the balcony, the “no see um” bugs had eaten me up, so just beware. They are attracted to water and you won’t know you’re being eaten up until it’s too late. I bought bug spray and sprayed myself quite heavily the next evening, bc I love sitting outside on the balcony, but I still woke up with new bug bites. This is no one’s fault, I just wanted to make people aware. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay!
