Waterfront Sunsets overlooking a serene garden and a private pier

We rented for two nights before going on a cruise. House was really nice and clean. Communication was excellent.

We just had to leave to go home from our awesome vacation. This home was perfect for us. My husband and I and our adult son thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this home and the area for a vacation anytime. Love it and if we ever come back down to that area we will check for availability. Thank you again. ❤️

The view from the backyard is simply uncomparable!! The pier was perfect for fishing or just watching the sunsets. Rooms were well sized, beds were very comfortable! Only had one minor snag with the electronic lock which was quickly resolved. Will definitely rebook for a few days before our next cruise!

We were looking for a peaceful home away from home for our family vacation and this property was absolutely perfect. The location was great to go anywhere in Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral. There was convenient access to the beach with all the beach gear readily available at the townhome. The Banana River and serene garden in the back of the property was amazing! The views were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and fish play. We even had fun with a little fishing off the dock. The amenities in the townhouse were fantastic. We had all the towels, cooking dishes and utensils, and inside activities needed to keep everyone entertained. This was a perfect home away from home!

Really enjoyed this property! The townhouse was exactly as advertised.My son and I fished on the private pier every day,and caught lots of fish.

We had a lot of fun staying here. The back yard was beautiful and the location was close to everything. It was hard to leave.

We loved this townhouse. It was much bigger than we thought after seeing the photos online. There’s so much space and it’s spread out so that you aren’t on top of your kiddos. It’s got everything you need in the kitchen and then some, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and on top of everything. We will definitely stay again.

Our family stayed here for a long weekend and had a great experience. The accommodations are exactly as described, clean and welcoming. The pier out back extends out Into the water quite far, and the sunsets are lovely. The hosts were also good at checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Very close to beach access, as well as kid friendly activities such as Kennedy Space Center and the Dinosaur store and museum. It’s a quiet spot with friendly neighbors. Would recommend!

Very clean townhouse. Comfortable beds and well stocked with plenty of room for all of 5 us. Love the private pier for fishing and kayaking. I have already recommended to friends.

Our family of 5 had a great visit. We had plenty of room and the house was filled with thoughtful items to make our stay enjoyable. We had a welcome basket with water bottles and snacks, a cart filled with beach chairs and towels, and a grill with all the accessories. The views were beautiful from the multiple decks and back yard. Finally, we had a slight issue with the tv, but the owners addressed it promptly. We were super impressed!
