Waterfront Splendour – Luxurious waterfront living

We loved our stay it was perfect for our blended family. We were all able to hang out, BBQ and swim. Grandkids loved the theatre room and games. Close to shops and plenty of room for our 6 kids and their families.

Great location and great house. We had a long weekend with friends and very much enjoyed what the house had to offer and very comfortable.

First property we stayed in the air con didn't work and we got no help from the manager on the Sat. Sent wrong keys to open windows and then wouldn't return phone calls. Rang again on the Sunday and spoke to someone different who was much more helpful and moved us to another property however we could only stay 3 nights and then had to move again which was very annoying with a group of 9.

Wow! This house is just beautiful. We were a family group of 14 staying for 11 nights and the house accommodated us very comfortably. The master retreat is huge with a luxurious bathroom and private deck, and the other 6 bedrooms very spacious. Ample kitchen, dining, lounge, entertainment and outdoor deck areas meant there was space for us all. The kiddies loved feeding the birdlife on the canal each morning and the sunsets over the deck were stunning. Elite Holiday Homes were very efficient in fixing a broken outdoor fan the very next day. The only downside is that having small children and a couple of elderly occupants meant it was just a little bit far to walk to Pacific Fair and out of the way of the beach meaning having to rely on taxis and ubers. The house was spotless, Elite Holiday Homes were very helpful and easy to deal with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you for having us. We had the best holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterfront Splendour . It ticked all the boxes for a fantastic family holiday . Exceeded expectation.We had no need to leave the house, the pool was so warm & inviting, we used the outdoor area everyday & night. Theatre room was fabulous. It was sheer luxury & we didn't want to leave. I can highly recommend Elite Homes, such a pleasure to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Jan 2016. There was plenty of space for all our family, the outside BBQ area was excellent, and we used it every night. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The media room was a bonus and was enjoyed by all. The property gave us privacy yet was located within easy reach of shopping and restaurants.

The 12 of us had a great time here. The house was lovely and is a great place to relax and have a good time with a large group of friends or family. Whether it's relaxing on the outdoor balcony (alfresco), enjoying a swim in the pool, playing pool on the pool table, watching movies in the cinema room or lounging in the family room, this house has something for everyone. Beautiful inside and out. The only negative is that being a bigger house that is very open with tiles and wooden floors, the noise can travel very easily throughout the house.

I really enjoyed every moment of the house, and cannot wait to book my another trip in January again.

The home was wonderful, the communication SUPERB....and the relaxation was sublime!! Can't recommend higher!!
