Stayed Jun 7, 2025The house needed some updates/maintenace, but it was perfect for a family of 8 (all adults/older kids). Great for watching the boats and dolphins go by. We even got to see the airshow! Although it says parking for 5 vehicles, 4 vehicles were the limit for us since we were only able to use 1 gate.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The view from the outside deck. And the convenience of the marina across the street was great. But was disappointed in the patio furniture. A lot of it was old and dry rot. Other than that great place for family and friends and entertaining.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We stayed in this home for 2 years in a row. Home is right on the bay, which is why we chose it. Past that it is dated, needs lots of repairs, has no curtains for privacy and it needs TLC. Some family members had to leave early because they couldn't get maintenance to turn off the light and fan in the bedroom. The house was dirty, and had to be recleaned, the linen on the duvet covers on the beds smelled, the toilets and a bathroom faucet needed repair. We were very disappointed. I wish things were different here so we could come back again, but it got worse, not better.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House it s huge and decorated beautifully . However, this year it was not cleaned properly. Carpet leading to basement , dirty. Hair found in shower. Baseboards dirty.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The house was beautiful. There were only a couple of things. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain was very mouldy. The listing never mentioned that there was outdoor furniture and a grill. Tried to find out before we went but to no avail. The ice maker didn't work on the main refrigerator was told they wouldn't fix it. When you pay 14,000.00 for a week you think you wouldn't have to buy ice.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Very good experience and property was large part of that. Large property for a large group. Good open spaces for group activities and large rooms for privacy. Elevator was big plus for the seniors.
