Waterfront Retreat on Lake Winnebago, Kayaks, Firepit, Dog Friendly

Beautiful, clean home. Host was easy to communicate with. Beds were uncomfortable.

The home was in a quiet neighborhood. There is a dead branch hanging above the firepit that needs to be removed before it falls on someone. It was great to be able to bring our dogs along. Fishing was no good but the parks are nice.

Great place, worked well for us. Only thing the place needs is some hooks in the bathroom for towels.

Stayed here before. Clean home quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin in Oshkosh! All of the details - big and small - are excellent. The kayaks are fantastic and we had a lot of fun paddling around the lake in them. The fire pit setup is really nice, and the whole cabin is very comfortable and is extremely clean with a lot of thought put in to ensuring a comfortable guest stay. I highly recommend this cabin for a lake getaway!

Property was clean and as described. Ideal location, nice and quiet on a channel, rooms a good size and garden was perfect for sitting out in. We didn’t have dogs but were aware that the property does accept dogs but no unpleasant animal smell in any of the rooms. Kitchen was well stocked, myself, partner and three older children had a great time. The only very small grumble was that the beds weren’t overly comfortable, but other than that we were very happy.

Stay was good beds comfortable. Tight parking for what we needed but it worked. Was only disappointed that the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and the host knew that it had been leaking previously. Said it was due to dishes being put in wrong????? Otherwise an ok place.

We really enjoyed our off-season stay at this property. Plenty of room for our party of 4ad,2ch and dogs. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. We only wish we could take advantage of the beautiful yard/water view! Too snowy in Feb though. The dogs enjoyed the yard for sure.

Some college roommates and I got together. We haven’t seen each other in years. Unfortunately, we were in town for a funeral, but this house accommodated us very well! It had the space we needed for everyone and their vehicles. I had an issue getting in the house but as soon as I messaged the host telling them they called me. Problem solved quickly and easily!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The whole family LOVED this house and we will definitely be back.

This place was VERY clean. There were tons of board games, yard gamed and fishing gear to keep a family busy for many days. We had such a wonderful time.

This was a wonderful place to stay before our visit to UW Oshkosh. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable home: clean, nice furniture and beds, tasteful decorations, well equipped kitchen and many extras like dog crates, kayaks, fire pit, games, coffee, some water bottles. The location has a nice fenced backyard and a dock. Unfortunately is swimming from the dock not possible because of the many water plants and the water is not deep enough.

We enjoyed our time at this property! It was cute and clean. The AC had some issues but the host sent out maintenance and quickly fixed it. Right on the water with a nice backyard for our dog to run. We thank you for your responsiveness!

It had everything needed for comfort. Including cooking and hanging out on the dock. The only thing we would mark down would be the beds. It might be a preference thing, but the three adults on this trip all agreed that the beds were very very hard. The pillows need to be replaced they were just not comfortable. We loved everything else about the home. Especially that we brought our dogs and there were dog items available including snacks, kennel, wateri and food dishes; even though we brought all of those things, it made us feel that they were welcome as much as we were. Great location and all the amenities we needed being just 15 minutes away from the Oshkosh AirVenture grounds! We would recommend staying here.

Everything was great. The only thing our group noticed was a smoke smell in the house. You only smelled it when you first walked in and none of the bedding or furniture smelled like smoke. Other than this, the place was perfect for the weekend.
