Waterfront property with private dock and access to Nantucket Sound

I don’t typically write reviews, but this house is amazing. And anyone that is looking for rest and relaxation, this is it. We stayed for two nights, which was absolutely not long enough. We plan on booking a full week next summer. Can’t wait!

This house was perfect for our family. We did a little mini reunion and enjoyed every minute. The house was lovely and had the most perfect backyard. The game room was super fun too! Perfect for a family getaway!

The outside of this house is stunning. The view, the dock, the patio, all incredible and made our stay. The inside is dated and could use a refresh — it's bit misleading in the photos. We also arrived after 4pm to check-in and the house was still not clean. There were decorations and drawings left behind by the last renters, the floors and counters weren't super clean and, there was trash outside on the patio and around the property. Not up to the standard we expected for an 8,000 weekend stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The backyard is the true highlight, especially the patio and dock. Inside is dated, with a very strange layout and a tiny kitchen. Fine for our stay but would have expected higher quality given the price.

overall very good spotgreat things:very clean, amazing outside cove, lovely for kyaks which were includedThe outdoor shower was awesome wifi was very good and easy to get onrefrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer were updated and worked very wellproblems:1. the 4 th bedroom is actulla on heat room with 2 singles but 2 tiny rooms each with a single: could be good for some was not good for our group which was all couples 3. older house not well air conditioned in many rooms4. not in mint condition- towel racks were loose and fell: sliding doors were hard to open and did not all have screens5. no beach pass6. this was run by Vacassa and most of the communication was an AI chatbox, eventually you could get an answer but only after going in circles including that when we arrived the trash was full and it took 3 days and a few requests to get it taken care of - but they did eventually remove itwe had a great time and not sorry we chose this place but given all the little things and the price, would likely not be my first choice to go back

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful home on the water. The kitchen is fully stocked. This house is very comfortable for a large group.

The location of the property was great, the access to the kayaks and fishing poles were great. The house is stocked with everything you need, from batteries to bug spray. We spend most our time on the dock or the firepit area which was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this property.

Stocked kitchen, kayaks, large private yard with a fire pit, wine fridge, and a ton of gathering space- we highly recommend!
