Stayed Dec 21, 2023This house would have been good if it didn’t smell so bad. Very strong odor of mold and mildew. We had the doors open when we could to get some fresh air. Also we had to cover the dirty couches with sheets before we could sit on them. Beds were not comfortable. Need to be replaced along with the couches. The location, the view and size of the house were all amazing! Outdoor space was awesome!! This property could be perfect if those issues were fixed.

Stayed Nov 19, 2023The property was perfect for a family gathering. The view with dolphin, osprey and manatees thrilled us all. The pool was heated and delightful. Best vacation imaginable. Morgan the property manager was available and helpful.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023The place had everything we needed. It’s in need of some new furniture in the living room and window repair in the master bedroom. The driveway needs some lighting as the main light was not operational. The pool area is in need of table umbrellas very hot in the afternoon and no shade. We loved seeing the manitees and dolphins right off the dock. It’s close to many restrictions and shopping.

Stayed Apr 8, 2023We had a great time at this property. The neighborhood was quaint and quite. The waterfront view was breathtaking and the pool was a nice added bonus. The owner was very responsive when we had a heating issue with the pool. I would recommend and would stay again.
