Stayed Mar 10, 2025House was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described and pictured. The pool water wasn't heating one morning and when I tried to call the Property Manager, the phone number listed was not going through. I then called the owner who had someone stop by very quickly and he was able to get the pool heater working. A big THANKS to the Owner. One other small feature that would make the rental perfect is to have all tv channels working. I know there are streaming channels, but we couldn't find any local channels to watch events live. Can't wait to rent your house in the future!Max

Stayed Feb 10, 2024We had a wonderful time at this home. We are always looking for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a pool and this can be difficult, This house had everything we needed plus more. the location is perfect for our morning walks and we spent a lot of time on the lanai which is amazing. It is conveniently located to fisherman's village and downtown Punta Gorda. We will definitely consider staying at this location again.

We had one slight issue and he came to the property and resolved it. This was our second stay and look forward to staying again in the future!!!
