Stayed Jul 18, 2024House was great. Good amount of parking which is important when staying in the keys, easy in and out on the boat and afternoon sun is in the front of the house so you can enjoy the rest patio/dock without direct sun. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed Sep 2, 2021I expected house to be cleaner (eg cobwebs with dead flies in windows, bathroom medicine cabinet and draws with used toiletries, trash compacter dirty, outside grill horrid/dirty)

Stayed Aug 5, 2021We had a great stay! The AC worked great and the accommodations were spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, griddle, etc. Plenty of silverware, glasses, and the BBQ on the deck was perfect for burgers at sunset! Thanks Jim for a great weekend!

Stayed Jul 25, 2021We had a wonderful time. Perfect size for the 7 of us. House was clean and well maintained . Neighbors were very friendly. Definitely a house to come back to.
