Waterfront Paradise - Modern - Pool & Grill

Property manager was wonderful from the beginning, even through a booking mishap that was 100% my fault, yet he immediately went into action to find us a solution. The house is wonderful, has everything a traveler would need, close to everything, and super spacious. Ping pong table in the garage was a fun surprise for the kids! Pet friendly was an added bonus to bring our sweet pup along when dog sitter cancelled last minute. We visit Tampa often and will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Lovely home, great for some family quality time and fun.

My party stayed at this house for 3 days and we had a great time. The home is close to major grocery stores and retail shoppes so finding things weren’t a problem. Felt safe in the home and neighbourhood. Plenty of space for people to move around and not feel on top of one another. There were a few minor issues that came up during our stay but the host was super responsive and fixed them right away. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Would stay again on my vacation trip to Tampa Florida. House was clean close to store and very quiet area.

We stayed Monday to Friday to hit the beach and Busch gardens. This spot was kind of near the two and had a pool for our small kids. it was clean and the host was very responsive. the back patio area had no cover as the umbrella they had there was broken recently and they hadn't had a chance to replace it. that wasnt great due to the constant sun near the pool but a quick trip to Walmart fixed that problem as well as picking up some pool toys and beach chairs as there were none. overall not a bad place to stay the neighborhood was still in the process of recovering from the most recent hurricane that destroyed a lot of homes in the area. Not a bad place to stay overall.

We all had a great time. The house was awesome. Host was very helpful, we had everything that we needed to make it feel like home! Even my kind of beer in the fridge

Our overall impression of the property was that it was nothing short of amazing. It is a beautiful home, the bedrooms were very comfortable and accommodating. Jordan was always available whenever we had questions. He was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

We had a family reunion in Tampa, so we rented this house for my extended family. It’s rare to find a teo-story house in FL and this one has a great layout with plenty of places to hang out. The pool and deck area are beautiful. It was a great surprise to find a ping pong table in the garage! Jordan is a fabulous host…responsive, professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
