Waterfront oasis with 4 decks, grill, free WiFi, pool access, dock & central AC

lovely house on the bay, the view was wonderful. we enjoyed the house and the bay very much. Suggest not to go off season, nothing to do in OC until after May 25. But we had a very good time of rest and relaxtion.

The view is best part of rental. Nice deck overlooking the water. The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The house is nice with plenty of room. We loved the view and caught many crabs and fish throughout the week.

Me and 3 friends stayed at this property for a couple of days. The house was awesome!! Clean, comfortable and right on the water. If you are a golfer the location was great. I will book this property again.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood, updated interior. Well-appointed, all extras we needed were on hand. Good AC. Lower bedroom not quite as updated as rest of house. Had to wipe surfaces upon arrival, not dirty but definitely didn't feel that a very thorough cleaning was completed. Code provided for lock box was incorrect. Reached an agent after about 20 mins on hold, not ideal as it was after a long drive, it was dark and mosquito-y. Had only warm water for first three days, Vacasa did send a plumber out to fix once we made them aware that there was no hot water. Overall this is a very nice property and it met our needs. Just a few hiccups made for a less than ideal experience.

The home was very spacious and had more room and accommodations than our family of 4 needed. Everyone had plenty of personal space. The decks and views were spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed and had plenty of space. If you want to be on the water, you can't get any closer. 15-20 min drive to everything you need or want to do. Everyone had the best time, we will definitely be going again. It was so quiet, the neighborhood was awesome. Best vacation we ever had to Ocean City!

My father in law had a medical emergency before our trip and we were not able to go. All other websites, like car rentals, Hotels and other rental website were very accommodating and helped us by cancelling our reservations or allowing us to change it to future dates even when we had reservations with no cancelation policy because they knew that it was a medical emergency. That is how it should be. Vacasa just kept our money knowing that we could not go because of a family emergency. I don't think that this is the way they should treat renters.
