Stayed Dec 26, 2025The house was OK overall but dated which you cannot tell from the photos. Not worth the price. The second master bedroom is not connected or near a bathroom which negates it being a second master. The kitchen cabinets should be replaced and the sliding doors to the pool do not have pool alarms following Florida state law.

Everything was in great shape, the amenities (pool, dock, beach stuff) are great, and the location can't be beat. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 toddlers with it never feeling like we were on top of each other. Management company is very responsive. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to get the full island experience

House was clean and well maintained. Looked as if just renovated. Only issue was a flat tire on one of the bikes. Called management company, they were on site within the hour to repair. Trying to setup a stay here next year.

The bikes were ideal for biking to the beach with the beach chairs provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for making our meals. Ground coffee was provided. The pool, comfortable living space and location were key for my family having already been at Marco before.
