Waterfront North Fort Myers Home w/ Private Pool!

The house was just as described. There were a number of convenient stores nearby. We rented a boat and kept it at the house The end of the channel had some good fishing in the mangroves. We made ghy rent it again next yea.

We loved this cozy home with everything we needed. I slept so well in the very comfortable bed! I’m a fussy sleeper so a comfy bed is very appreciated! Also a fan in every room. The neighborhood couldn’t have been friendlier and so quiet. So relaxing and very close to downtown Ft Myers where we had fun evenings trying different restaurants with amazing views. Thank you for everything!

Pool and fishing was great!

Enjoyed being 2 blocks away from son and daughter in law, enjoyed the quietness.

The house was very clean and a perfect location close to everything.

We had a great stay here in Florida. The house was just as described and the owners were very sweet and sent an air fryer due to the oven malfunctioning . That helped with meals and keeping our teens full! The pool was a little cold, but the 80 degree days warmed it up! We really enjoyed the house and the area!

We spent the first week of March with our college aged son who was on spring break as well as our 5 younger children. So this house sleeps 8 very comfortably! This home was very clean, well furnished and had a beautifully landscaped yard. We enjoyed sitting outside by the canal. The location of North Fort Myers is a bit out of the way from beaches but we didn’t mind. Local beaches are gorgeous and well worth the drive. It would be helpful if the kitchen was better stocked as it was lacking things like a teapot, cutting board and enough serving spoons. The listing also shows a nice big silver grill but we did not have that rather a charcoal grill. It was fine but I think if you show an item in a photo then renters expect it will be there.The kids loved the pool, it was very nice as was the outside dart board. The owner was helpful and let us know about checking in and checking out and we appreciated that. We really loved our week at this home and the kids enjoyed all sleeping in the one room that had 5 beds! That was the highlight!!!

We had an excellent stay at this property. We were in town for a business trip. So we’re not at the property much other than to rest. The host was professional and courteous. The property was clean and neighborhood quiet and safe. We enjoyed our experience and would rent this property again when in town.

Indoor right on canal, convenient grocery

6 family members stayed here. House is spacious, landscaping beautiful, nice quiet neighborhood. Code on the door didn't work but host was called with a quick response. Dart board with no darts & host was called & had darts delivered the next day. Leak in the master bath was not fixed but worked around it. All appliances worked great, plenty of dishes & glasses for our group. The teens swam in the pool - not heated but not too bad of a temperature for early January. Kelly was a great host!

This house was awesome. It was super quiet. Kids loved how big the pool was. We fished and a couple alligators came up. One of the best vacation houses I’ve stayed in.

This house was beautiful and the perfect size for my family of 4 to relax. We enjoyed fishing from the dock until the alligator would make its daily visit then it was time to retreat away from the canal. The pool was used daily and to have it be our own personal oasis was amazing! The host was quick to respond via text to answer any questions we had. We would recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to staying again if we are ever back in the area.

This was our second time staying here .The house is amazing .Clean, spacious , and the pool is excellent.The beautiful landscape of the yard and view was such a great bonus .Can’t wait till we come back .
