Waterfront-Newport County: Special June 8-12, July 5-11.

The house was very nice and comfortable for our party of six adults. We couldn’t get enough of the water views from the property. It was a relaxing place to stay that was still close to good restaurants, and easy to visit Newport.

Maureen and Brad were consummate hosts. They respond to any requests and while they live next door they were very respectful of our privacy. The house is clean, well stocked and a superb location. We would definitely return.It is a beautiful spot at any time of day but the sunrises are particularly spectacular.

This house is absolutely wonderful - spacious and well appointed. Large Kitchen, comfortable and good sized Living, Dining and all 3 Bed rooms and a fun game room. The house is obviously well cared for - things were clean and tended to. The washer/dryer worked well. There are fans and excellent air conditioners for hot days. The access to the water was great, we swam regularly and spent hours on the deck overlooking the Bay. (The view of the Bay was a daily treat.) Brad and Maureen are really responsive & helpful. We loved our stay and would come back.

Three couples together for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. Our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant, from the great communication from the host to the beautiful water views. House was extremely comfortable and well appointed for the 6 of us. Host welcomed us when we arrived and was available by text whenever we needed anything. Overall, great place to stay!

The house and location were breathtaking. Mini pool and fuzeball tables were an unexpected and nice addition to stay. Kayaks added to the fun. House comes fully stocked for worry free packing. Limited parking for a house of this size. Pro & con having renter living next door. Would recommend booking this place.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house was great and a lot bigger than I expected, with 3 good bedrooms upstairs (with very comfortable beds) and very nice layout downstairs (with two very comfortable recliner couches). Most memorable, however, was the view of the lake, which we spent many hours each day viewing from the deck (or from the couches inside). The location also was as it nice allowed us to spent one day in Newport only 30 minutes south (including doing the cliff walk) and another day in Providence (about 40 mins north).

We were in Rhode Island for a family trip. Our host met us at the house for a tour and information. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have the house stocked with supplies. The weather was rainy and windy while we were there but the view was very special and relaxing. It was also comforting to know if we needed anything or had any issues the host lived right next door. Would highly recommend this rental.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views particularly in morning and evening. Very comfortable and close to everything Newport area has to offer. Owners live next door and were there to great us. Very nice and helpful.

Great location, right on the water, and just a short drive to several beaches and Newport. Kids absolutely loved the game room in the garage. Hosts are incredibly responsive and right next door if you need anything.

The location was peaceful and convenient to New Bedford, Fall River and Newport. The house was bigger than it looks like in the pics and spotless. The linens were clean and plentiful. The kitchen was especially well equipped, having all possible cookware, extra silverware, glasses and cups (all sparkling clean), and even an extra table and chairs stored in a large closet off the kitchen. Every glass we reached for was sparkling clean. The electronics, HVAC, plumbing and hot water worked flawlessly. So, yes- highly recommended.

Lovely location and property.

The house is right on the water. We were able launch kayaks provided right off the property. The house has nice large rooms all with views of the water. It has a great porch where we ate many meals watching boats and birds. The property owners were very happy to answer questions and offer help during our stay. We were about 30 minute drive from the famous mansion of Newport. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maureen and Brad have a lovely home overlooking a nice cove with kayaks and many things convenient to the house. Would definitely recommend.

This has been by far the best rental property yet I have stayed at by using vrbo. Communication between the host and myself couldn’t have been better with amazing views and a clean property. This will be 10/10 my go to spot for Portsmouth RI

We stayed here for RWU graduation. The location was perfect! The house is beautiful and water views from every window! Highly recommend!!
