Waterfront home with canal views & a heated pool! Spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence featuring 2217 interior sq/ft. Modern kitchen that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

Master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet, and a safe.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed. The hallway bathroom is located between the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom - jacuzzi tub / shower combo.

The 3rd bedroom features an on suite bathroom and a queen bed.
r>The 4th and 5th bedrooms both have queen beds as well. Half bathroom off living room.

Cable TV, internet, & washer/dryer included. Blackout blinds in all bedrooms, outdoor gas grill, heated pool, jacuzzi, and corn hole.

The 5th bedroom is located in the converted garage and is only accessible by walking through the 4th bedroom or entering the side door to the garage.

No events or parties permitted.

No pets allowed.

No noise after 11pm.

Traveling with a large group Have family and friends visiting too We have two other homes we rent on the same street!

We are not a hotel. We provide our guests with a basic setup to get your vacation started. Your starter kit includes a new sponge, dish soap, washer pod, dishwasher pod, and small starter soaps and shampoo for each bathroom. We provide 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and the kitchen will have 1 paper towel roll. Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these items for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.

Kayak on site with paddle and life vests. Enter water at your own risk.

Jet ski is not accessible for guests.

Fishing is permitted - live bait, frozen shrimp & squid work best!

Prime location near the Aventura mall. Super tranquil location and close to I95 and Florida Turnpike.
