Stayed Jan 30, 2025The layout was great! Location is good. Unfortunately they had a few things that need to be fixed such as the back door knob is half way hanging off, you cannot lock the deadbolt on the front door, the light fixture about the table is still hanging (as this is mentioned several times in previous reviews), no broom or vacuum, poor communication with host via VRBO message chat, a few tiles are hanging off the master tub. Very dark at night with no lights going to or on the fishing dock.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024The steps leading up to the front door were broken in some places and rotten or about break in other places. Hand rail was very very loose. Patio/ deck covered in spiderwebs and dust. Dust on the shelves in the house and in the bathrooms. Dining room lights did not work. Light switch for lights ovver the island about to fall out of the wall. Living room TV constantly disconnecting from WiFi. My sisters and I get together once a year just to hang out and play cards and watch movies. This was very hard to do .the layout of the house is great but for over $2500 per week to rent there needs to be better maintenance.

Stayed May 20, 2024Water on the main lake was very rough. The floating dock was not accessible due to the waves breaking it. Overall great place to stay.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024This was s spur of the moment getaway just to relax. Everything was just like the pictures. The only thing you couldn't shower are bath and run the dishwasher because you wouldn't have any hot water. The bac deck was covered with bugs. But other than that it was a great stay.

Stayed Sep 5, 20231) Grass to tall around back 2)Only two roll of TP for 7 guests (had to go buy tp) 3)Not enough towels 4)A/C not on took forever to cool off 5)Refrigerator not set to cool and very complicated to work had to watch youtube video's to get it set right. was worried food would spoil. Had to go purchase a Refrigerator thermometer as we had milk and other perishables 6)Not enough trash bags. Had to go buy trash bags 7)No curtains on large front living room windows, So, anyone could see in at night. had to fashion curtains out of bed sheets to get some privacy. 8)Beds very very hard and uncomfortable. 9)dock in very shallow area, not good for fishing only about 3ft deep at end of dock. 10) back porch and sitting area need a good cleaning. Couldn't enjoy. 7)
