You and your guests will also have access to a nearby fitness room as well as indoor and outdoor pools, and a dry sauna.

THINGS TO KNOW
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off after visiting the beach.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This home has been totally refurbished and it is a beautiful home with great furnishings and an updated kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a large home in a great community.

    The house looked great and had enough room for everyone HOWEVER, staff need to do a better job with cleaning as well as addressing customer concerns DURING the stay. Calling someone days after they check out to come fix their TV is completely unacceptable.

    Great location and house. Would stay again! Only 2 minor issues ants in kitchen, living room and bathroom which Vacasa did try to remediate. And unfortunately the upper deck by the water side is unusable at night because of the garbage smell from the restaurant but the front deck is fine.

    Home has all the amenities and is well kept. This is our second year staying at this specific home. Close proximity to the clubhouse/pool. No complaints with the property itself. Perfect for a large family vacation. Only one negative during this stay was related to vacasa support. There was an issue with slow draining/clogged sinks in one of the shared bathrooms. Contacted support and plumber arrived 3 days later on the last night of our stay to address. Would have appreciated quicker resolution as well as communication.

    We really liked all the living areas in this home. It was also within steps to the pools. We also enjoyed using the bicycles! The kitchen, dinning, living room area was wonderful for all of us to hang out in! Very nice home.

    I would not recommend renting this property for several reasons. The furniture and items in the house were cheap and flimsy, with more than half of the dining room chairs broken. Ants were present on both levels 1 and 2, and the floors turned our feet black within minutes. Furthermore, I will be attempting to avoid all rental properties managed by Vacasa in the future. Their calls are directed to an outsourced service center in other countries, and while the OC office is somewhat helpful, it lacks friendly customer service. Highly recommend Sunset Island for families with small kids.

    Great house overall. Bad cable. Back door unable to be locked. Garage couldn't open from outside. Horrible after hours support to rectify. Didn't send or offer anyone to come help.

    Initially we had a problem with the lock. However, vacasa sent someone out immediately. Problem solve. Experience was excellent! Strongly advise for a large groups of golfers or multiple families

    This condo was set up great. Plenty of room in kitchen and living space to hang out. It is a gated property and needing a pass for each person for the amenities was annoying. There are a lot of stairs but there is a first floor bedroom and full bathroom for those who should not do as many stairs. It is a great neighborhood and it was a great place to be together.
