Stayed Jul 31, 2021This rental worked out well for family staying nearby for a visit! They found it spacious and it had a beautiful view - they had no complaints. The laundry was not working but that was not a big problem. Mark was communicative and everything worked out well!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Every morning starts at this waterfront home with a beautiful view and 100's of birds singing in the day. There is a lovely sense of peace here where the neighborhood is quiet but easily accessible to the beaches, Watch Hill and Westerly. Perched next to Colonel Willie's Cove, the homeowner has a dock down at the water, complete with Adirondack chairs, inviting you to sit and enjoy the incredible sunsets. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We much appreciated the screened-in porch particularly at night. The kitchen is ready to go with all the right tools for cooking large meals. The basement is a little musty which might be a problem for people with allergies but overall the house is clean, bright and airy. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend to others.
